Just been on our fourth trip Heli skiing with CMH. This really is the best skiing in the world. They have a number of lodges throughout the area and most of them are remote high up in the mountains. Lodges are not really a good description because they are very luxurious. The food is fantastic and the guiding and service... More

We spent 3 days of our honeymoon helihiking at CMH Bugaboos this August. The hiking was simply amazing with a continually changing view that was never anything other than breathtaking all day long. With 4 or 5 guided groups each day it was easy for all to find their level and get the most out of the experience. We were... More

It was fascinating: heli-hiking in early August. Glad I did the 6 days; 3 would have ended too soon. 6 days and two lodges. Well described by others below. The smaller lodge, Bobbie Burns, had friendlier feeling, because smaller, because staff younger, because CMH CEO was visiting. But both places exceptional. Similarity of background and intent means all guests congenial.... More

We just returned from the best vacation experience ever! We do a lot of traveling but this was the best experience ever! From the booking process ( flawless ), accommodation (this was my idea of roughing it-soft bed,hot shower and private rooms!), food (5 star Boston restaurants are not as good as the food here!) , the people(outstanding) and the... cmh vactions was mindblowing exhileration and the level of pampering was beyond the number of stars you could assign. You are treated like royalty-all inclusive trip is all that and so much more. I am going to start planning for my next trip back.

I spent a week at the Bugaboos Lodge in March with my good friend, and I will never forget the amazing people I met, the outstanding service I received, and the absolutely fantastic skiing we all got to enjoy. You start your trip by boarding a helicopter (soon you will be used to this, as you will do this many... More

CMH provides wonderful multi-day guided hiking deep in the mountains of B.C. Hikes are tailored to different abilities, guides are very knowledgeable, lodge is immaculate and very comfortable, food is fantastic, other guests are interesting and fun companions. The trip of a lifetime.

If you like dramatic scenery and love to hike then this is a wonderful adventure vacation. The Heli part means simply that every day you get transported to the tops of the surrounding mountain ranges and hike from there. The only people you will see are other CMH hikers which is good - however it can also be a bit... More

A unique Place, a great atmosphere of camraderie, and the hiking and sights are incredible! You simply CANNOT take a bad picture ou here! The guides are incredibly knowledable, a combo phd and athlete in one. I learned more while having more fun than I ever could have alone, or even in a group of fellow hikers. Overall an awesome... My buddy and I decided to take the CMH trip at the last second after doing a bit of research online (highly recommend reading 2the NY Times article from 2007 called 'Five-Star Wilderness'). Stayed 3 nights at the Bobbie Burns lodge and signed up for the 'High-Flying Adventure'. Honestly, one of my favorite vacations ever. First, this is truly a... More
