The Willow Stream Spa is definitely priced for the rich and famous. I enjoyed my time there. It is not a luxury I would indulge in very often. However, I spent three glorious hours there, starting with mountain stone massage, followed by sauna, steam and an hour in the pools. I truly had a relaxing afternoon. More

I'm not a spa person. Got a massage here as it is covered on my plan and had a sore neck/back. Cost of everything (including a service charge that was an automatic tip) was $195. Had a separate men's lounge with a large screen TV, coffee and water. Had a 1 hour relaxation massage - the therapist was great. Was... More

Location = fantastic. Nestled in a fairy tale hotel. Service is attentive. Great place just to treat yourself. Expensive so be aware of the prices. More

Best pedicure Ive ever had (and I've been to numerous spas in North America). Instantly relaxed in the lounge. Comfy seats to wait, plenty of water and snacks. Very very clean! Service excellent but this place is not cheap. More

I love this place. We came here about three years ago, and had a great time. Massage, the pools, steam, sauna. Excellent service, outstanding views. The only real downside is that the place is a little lacking in maintenance, so it needs a good run down to bring it all up to date. But we still walked out, relaxed. Poorer... More

We always do a "spa day" when we go to the Fairmont. Is is a great way to relax, unwind and do a lot of soaking. The facility is well appointed and has excellent pools. You can come and go for the day which gives you a lot of freedom. A "must do". More
