This is a nice way to enjoy site seeing while riding a horse. Go on the last ride of the day and you get to ride the horses back to the horse barns. You get to cross water and see water falls. Neat experience

Well, must do as I love horses and being outside, so in winter it is a treat despite it being freezing on the day we went. But the staff we very helpful and friendly. There is hot chocolate to warm you up before and after the ride and blankets to keep you warm during the ride. The guide was very... More

We went on our sleigh ride on Boxing Day. The temperature was -22c with a bad wind chill. We were provided with blankets, thank goodness and the staff were excellent. We were lucky enough to see a herd of elk on the trip and were able to get quite close to them to take pictures.

My husband and I did a couples sleigh ride, Homer the horse was exquisite and Mike our guide was excellent. I'd highly recommend you do this if in Banff. You are really well taken care of, oh and Mike is a wealth of knowledge regarding horses and Banff. We loved every minute of our ride.

I took my daughter to both of the horseback riding places in Banff. Avoid going there at least in the summer. The bugs will ruin your ride. You will come back with severe bug bites. Not worth the time, and money. The trails are also not that scenic. I have had the best trail riding experience with great views at... More

Thank you for your review. I am a little shocked to be honest. You are the first person to ever complain about the views and the bugs. Im sorry you did not enjoy your trip. More

It was excellent!! We enjoy the environment and we walk in the forest. It is very calm and natural. You can take for a tour but I think that it is better if you go for yourself. Dont forget to carry your water. You can buy it too but I think that it is better if you have one for... More

My husband and I went on one of the overnight trips to Sundance Lodge and had a blast. The scenery was beautiful. The horses were gentle. And the staff were both friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the cowboy lunch, in fact the food on the entire trip was quite good. Sundance Lodge was really nice. I can't stress enough... More

Cowboy Cookout. Arrived to a nice welcome from the staff, soon saddled up and heading out on the trail. Gentle horses who obviously knew the trail. Curious deep mud rutting in the trail which we soon figured out was due to the horses walking in step! Scenery was lovely and the route varied on the way there and back so... More

We booked a 2 hr ride through an agency and yet they were a tad rude the experience changed for the good when we got to the stables. They folks there have a job to do and they do it well. When we were waiting to "saddle up" we watched a group head out for a 3 day adventure. Ouch... More
