This would get 5 stars if it weren't for the price ($40/person) - don't get me wrong, it is worth it, but steep! We went early in the morning and had a gondola to ourselves, we had the mountain to ourselves for awhile as well. Absolutely stunning view and amazing experience. Take the walk to the science observatory for even... More

The views from the top of mountain were breathtaking, the gondola trip was well organised and the queue moved quickly. So pleased this was included in our tour. A cheeky little chipmunk came out to play.

I had to be at the gondola launch pad two days in a row -the first time to go to the top of Mt Sulfur and the second time to try to recover a lost hat left at the top of the mountain in the cafe. On both occasions the young staff we friendly, happy and efficient. On the second... More

Awesome views!!! It's about an 8 minute trip up the mountain. Really steep and if you are afraid of heights you might need to pass on this ride. More scary going up than coming down.Once up there the views were spectacular. Even saw a rainbow on the way down.

Located in Banff, drive to the end of Banff Ave, cross the bridge and head left. Lots of signposts everywhere so easy to find. Parking lot was busy but if you're patient you'll find a parking space. We bought a ticket which got us on the gondola, skywalk and glacier on the Icefields Parkway. Overall there was $17.00 saving per person.... More

The view to the Rockies, woods, the river! Great! The store is nice, a little pricey. The gondola ride is nice :)

This is a must see when travelling to Banff. We are not the bravest when it comes to heights but definitely glad we went ahead with this. The views are breath taking, both going up the gondola and at the top. We also had a 3d family photo etched in crystal which was the perfect souvenir of our Banff trip.

This was one of the first things we did on arriving in Banff. Superb views & worth the extra walk along the wide sturdy steps to the top. We also a pair of marmots while we were up there.

Took the gondola up to the top of Sulphur mountain, for unreal views of Banff and the Bow Valley. It's incomparable really, just absolutely stunning. There is also an extensive (and really cool) wooden boardwalk up top, and you can walk to the top of the adjacent peak and check out the cosmic ray station from the 40s that sits... More

All the bus drivers we had were very informative and told great stories. Especially enjoyed Duane's tour from Calgary to Lake Louise.
