We travelled up the Gondola with a special Alpine Lights Deal. It cost 55 dollars per person to go up the gondola and obtain a prime rib dinner. Normally it costs $38 to obtain a ticket for the gondola so it was a bargain. The views were phenomenal! It was really cold and windy up top so I recommend you... More

Our family of four travelled from Australia for a one month vacation, 3 weeks of which were spent in the rockies. We based ourselves in Canmore and did a drive (hired a car for the 4 weeks) out to the Banff gondola. This was a once in a lifetime opportunity for us so we didn't focus too much on costs... More

My Daughter and I had a Girls Getaway in March. We decided to go up to the Top. It was a amazing ride up with a wonderful view. It can still be alittle cold still at this time of year, but we were dressed for it. Go early morning when the sun rises and the fog is just starting to... More

My sister had never been on any gondola and she was very nervous about giving it a try. We took her to the base of the mountain so she could see the trams and that the riders were in an enclosed space. She decided to give it a try and loved the experience. She felt very safe. The ride up... More

*Make sure you look at the webcam on the Brewster website before you decide to go* The weather cleared this afternoon so we went up the gondola. It was quite pricey but the views are amazing. It was absolutely freezing at the top. Snow blowing across, freezing winds etc but dress sensibly and it will be fine. We walked the... More

Took the family on a recent trip to Banff and was surprised at how much the gondola costed... $40 per adult and $20 per child..! no family pricing! No AMA discounts or any other memberships I could pull from my wallet! The views in the gondola and at the top are great, but there's not a lot to do up... More

The Gondola was a ten minute ride and was spectacular. The price is a bit high however. However the view from the top is well worth it. Excellent view of Banff and surrounds
