I booked three treatments: massage, facial and pedicure. My massage was on the fourth floor in a private room. It would have been a lot nicer if the room was darker, the window was wide open. However, my massage therapist was absolutely fantastic!! Next was my facial, all I can say is I fell asleep for a second or two!!!... More

I booked this spa, thinking that it would be close to the same calibre of another well-known spa in the area. Boy, was I wrong!! I was booked at the same time as a group of ladies visiting for a conference. Once I changed in to my robe, I was told that I could sit in the resting area where... More

Honestly I was a bit scared to book a spa day here with my mom after reading some of the reviews. But I did anyway as a few of the other places I looked into could not get us in together. As it turns out I'm glad I did. There were a few cons as stated in previous reviews. Such... More

For the price and location, one would think this "spa" would be great. It was not. The massage was amateur, the change rooms open up to a public area, so as you are naked and chaining into your robe, both men and women can see you if the door is opened. For our couples massage we were then escorted (in... More

Excellent Hotel, very good facilities, excellent staff, superb cuisine. Rooms are overlooking mountains or aerial view of valley floor to Banff. Beautiful scenery and a bus service to Banff from the Hotel. Short walk up the road to the hot springs (also drop off point for buses) and a chance to see the wildlife. Very good value for money. Would... More

My husband planned a generous surprise and booked a night at the Rimrock, spa day and concert tickets for my friend and I about 2 weeks ago. This was to be my first night away from my toddler ever and with a friend I hadn't seen in several years so needless to say I was quite excited! We got a... More

We did the couples massage and stuck around for some pool time, exercise and squash play. Both massage's were excellent, great service. The squash court needs some air conditioning though, if you want a good sweat it is the place to go....too hot! The gym is in great shape and fully equipped though, very nice.

I booked a massage here only because my go-to hotel spa in Banff (a large well know hotel/'castle' nearby) was fully booked. Unfortunately this spa was no where near the standards of that one. Small changing areas, small lounge area with paper cups for water and tea, no lounger chairs by the pool, and not enough treatment rooms. I had... More

Very relaxing, very good health wise, at the pool they have everything from towel to bathing suit, lockers, showers etc… and the best is the view from the pool, also try the gondola ride to the top of the mountain, awesome experience.

We booked massages at the rimrock's spa to enhance what was suppose to be a relaxing weekend away from responsibility. I was shocked at the amenities that this "high end" spa offered. My biggest issue aside from the high price for a poor massage was the change room area. One needs to enter the change room from the area that... More
