I do not consider myself a great athelte, but I do like to relax and Kayak. We had a Groupon for two hour rental and paddled up the river. It was a pleasure to do in the afternoon after a big lunch. Water is chilly to dip the fet in, but scenery is nice and calming.

We took advantage of the last 2-hour discount (7pm to 9pm--2 hrs for price on 1 hr). My wife and I rented a canoe and had one of the best experiences of our vacation. We saw a beaver and watched it for about 5 minutes. The Bow River is full of beautiful scenery! You will not regret this activity.
