We signed up for the hike at Sunshine Meadows after overhearing a gentleman telling other tourists about it. The hike was better than we could have imagined. We were shuttled up the mountain where there are trails to take you to see alpine lakes and meadows. The meadows were blanketed in beautiful flowers - amazing. We didn't plan on doing... More

Our group recently hiked out of Sunshine for about 4 hours with Mags as our guide. The hike was amazing, the scenery phenomenal and a big part of the great day was Mags and her exuberance. She is very knowledgeable and managed the group very, very well...unanimous 2 thumbs up. I want to do this hike again with my family... More

Perfect blue skies, lots of fresh powder, and a fun and knowledgeable guide led to a really fun snowshoeing trip on April 15th. We were spoilt by nature that day but in a reasonably large group (around 10) it can be hard for the trip to be suitable for all abilities. Not so for our guide who ensured everyone enjoyed... More

Excellent - our guide Mags was awesome. She was a complete book of knowledge and extremely friendly. We were picked up at our lodge promptly and taken to Fortress Mountain for snowshoeing. Guided through the beautiful mountains was a wonderful experience. It was an excellent tour with loads of laughs. Would highly recommend this to anyone.

Being in Banff for our 25th anniversary, we wanted to do and experience all that we could. Jeff and White Mountain Adventures delivered. Jeff(our guide) pulled up our hotel in the van right on schedule. He did a great job getting the group of us seven people to mix together. At the end of it it felt like we where... More

Had a brilliant time with our guide Jeff and our small group! Jeff was very knowledgeable on everything interesting and it was great to get off the slopes and out into some back country. A good incentive and starter to adventure a bit further next time!

We are 'locals' from Calgary and regularly enjoy trips to the mountains. Normally one doesn't think of signing up for a tour to go snowshoeing. Still, on a recent weekend getaway to Banff, we came across White Mountain Adventures and decided to give it a try. We were in part motivated by the lack of snow at the lower elevations,... More

Our amazing guide, Magda took us to Fortress in Kanaskis Country for a couple of hours of snowshoeing. We took some short breaks whilst Magda explained the animal tracks, the landscape and the history of the area. Very informative, but also a great work out! We had a wonderful group too, everyone was friendly and chatty. Couldn't have asked for... More

We had a terrific time snowshoeing with White Mountain Adventures! Jeff took our group to the top of Sunshine Ski Resort and we went off the backside of the mountain into virgin powder. Absolutely gorgeous scenery including a variety of trees, a frozen lake and rolling hills. It was quite strenuous, but a fun workout in a pristine environment. Jeff... More
