Three weeks on the road and this was the only thing we did that we all totally regretted spending time and money on. We had a coupon that made lunch almost free, so in spite of the other reviews we asked ourselves "How bad can it be?" And then we got the answer--bad, worse than bad. The food was simply... More

The hotel was beyond for us as it is so grand and the food was amazing, view astounding on the deck overlooking the lake and so many tourists around and being quiet to boot!

We had visited Lake Louise, which is about 5 minutes by car from this ski resort. I was not sure what to expect visiting this place in the summer time, as I heard from a couple people that skied there every winter but never visited in the summer. You take the chair lift up the mountain to a lookout/view point.... More

I visited this resort in June hoping to see some Grizzlies, but no luck. The lodge is a huge log building with a cafeteria and gift shop. There is another building where you are asked to watch a video on grizzle bears, very important info. I rode the gondola and was awed by the view of Lake Louise, the hotel... More

Lake Louise was fantastic as a resort with plenty of variation in the level of runs. We had a party of 8 with different abilities and a variety of skiers and snowboarders and there was something for everyone. If you want a single lesson a good tip is to arrange to go on the first bus as you get a... More

Great ski mountain with the big vertical drop that only the Rockies can create. Skiing during Spring Break as a great time with sunshine and awesome views. We will definitely return to ski again another year.

Lake Louise ski resort is well run with world class facilities and an international staff. And it is spectacular, terrifying and revitalizing. I skied on both sides of the mountain. It was way beyond my skill level but when I stopped to just look over to the Chateau Lake Louise it was worth every effort. The air is thin at... More

Yes great skiing, well prepared runs, easy access lifts, etc but what really sets this above the competition is the staff. We had 2 private instructors booked (one for us and I be for the kids who were first timers) and both were excellent (Kyle and Laura). Hiring the gear was simple and plenty of help and advice on fitting.... More

Aside from the great resort and ski hill, I found all the staff at every level to be very professional, friendly and helpful. This also applies to their "ski friend" programme. They were awesome. I can say from experience at another ski hill where I found the staff to have less than a "sunny" disposition, that attitude has a big... More
