We spent one day at Lake Louise Ski Resort during our recent ski trip to Banff. We stayed in Banff and caught the shuttle in the morning to the hill. We were rewarded with a "bluebird" day and the snow conditions weren't bad at all. It was a little bit icy in places on the front side, better on the... More

Had a great weekend skiing with friends, as usual lots of fresh powder and all runs were open. Go to the back side of the mountain for better runs (in my opinion).

Excellent conditions with many quick and comfortable chairlifts lead to a huge number of runs for all levels. My favourite place to ski! The restaurant is also affordable and has good food. The rental centre can take some time on busy days, but the equipment is good. Staff has all been friendly and helpful from the little interaction I've had... More

I spent a day at the "Lake" as the locals call it and it was a wonderful and challenging day for myslef and my snowbaord teens. If you like parks, some of the best are here! There is also plenty of choices with the front and back mountain. Wonderful view of the Rockies from all vantage points. Don't miss it!

Lake Louise is an amazing alpine level ski hill for riders and skiers of all levels. There are really, really great runs off the summit platter on a fresh snow day. The hill can get kind of rough if it has been warm and gets kind of scary-icy. Seems the runs are lacking some maintenance. The food here is okay,... More

Im from Ireland, so ski resorts are not something i am used to. This place was a fantastic resort for my first time. My wife(who is canadian) and i took the scenic gondola ride up and down and thd views were magical. I am now inspired to take up snowboarding and hope to be back again to enjoy the slopes.... More

Great place to ski with out of this world views. Fantastic choice of runs from beginner to expert. We recommend eating on the hill at the Whitehorn Bistro.

Wow! I've been out of Canada for 25 years and that's probably the last time they upgraded a lift here. Not only that but it's probably the last time they put in a picnic table for a poor soul to sit at with his overpriced meal. No really, it's astonishing how inferior the service infrastructure here is. Sizeable lineups, for... More

Good afternoon, The owners/operators would like you to know that they always aspire to provide a fantastic time for our guests, and find it most unfortunate that you were unhappy with certain aspects. Typically, The Lake Louise Ski Resort is praised for cleanliness, friendly, helpful staff and short lift lines, so it is truly regrettable that your impressions were otherwise.... More

Lake Louise is a wonderful place for a family to ski. It is worth the drive as it is beautiful ! Although we went on one of the busiest days Dec 27th/28th), it was still worth it to ski on the lovely snow . One really nice surprise was the Guide Cabin. There was a display of a bear pelt... More

We recently skied at Lake Louise for the first time. Just previous to that we skied at Nakiska (x 1) and Sunshine (x 4). From a personal point of view, we would have to give the edge slightly to Lake Louise over Sunshine and definitely over Nakiska. (Just based on the kind of terrain we like.) We opted for the...
