The actual Lake and the trails and paths around it are a great place to relax, the water is VERY cold even in the summer, but you will never forget the colour of the water. More

lake set in a lovely valley. We went in may when it was frozen so didn't get the baby blue water shots as seen in the brochures. Its worth doing the short walk down one side of the lake as well. The only negative is the monstrous hotel on the lake shore! More

Beautiful to look at from close by or above. Climb the high sides through the trees and see more small lakes around. Give yourself a workout then eat at the welcoming cafes. Nature at its best More

Lake Louise should be on everyone's "bucket list". I once asked a seasoned travelor where he had been and what he considered to be the prettiest place he had seen. He said, "Lake Louise". I remembered that statement for about 20 years and finally this past summer I finally made it there. You know what?? He was right More

Living in Toronto for 30 years, I had never traveled to Alberta to check out other side of Canada. Finally, some relative got married in the Summer time, got my chance for family reunion. Wow! Banff National Park is one of Alberta landmarks. It is an image of Canada landscape! More

The Lake was still frozen but really it was still majestic and quietly beautiful. Love to see it when it was unfrozen and mirror like. More

I went to visit Lake Louise last summer and it was breathtaking! Highly recommend you check it out. My friend and I decided to go canoeing as well- why not canoe in one of the most beautiful settings in the world! I don't quite remember the price but Fairmont runs the booth off to the left side of the lake.... More

If your looking for adventure or you just want to relax then this is the place for you. There is a range of different activities you can do, such as boating, canning, biking, getting lost in the woods with grisly bears, ice climbing, glacier trekking and there is also a adventure playground. If your tired from all this, then you... More
