We were headed to Aquaventuras for a dolphin encounter but it was closed when we got there. The taxi driver suggested Splash across the street as a low cost alternative. The water park was nothing special, maybe what you would find in a large municipal park back in the U.S. Several slides were out of order. But it was a... More

We went to this water park on September 25th, 2015. It looked smaller than the other one we'd been to in Cancun, so while my boyfriend was changing, I went to the end pool to have a look at what type of slides they'd had. What a revelation! 3 out of the 6 slides were actually missing pieces! Yes, entire... More

We had been at the Splash Water Park with our grandchildren two years ago -- before it moved across the road and built a hotel -- and we had a great time so when the kids (7 and 9) came to visit again that was on our list! We got there at 10:30AM (park opens at 10) but nothing would... More

me and my family were too large to ride any of the rides (158lbs max) and so we paid for a dolphin excursion and could not utilize any other amenities.

The trainers were awesome with the kids. Very clean lifeguards were everywhere. Waterslides for everyone. Snack Bar good for lunch.

Worst place I've been in my life! Absolutely deserted nothing worked! Creeped me out and feared the slides would break if you went down them!

Nothing was working. a bust. We could see the water slides and rides from the street so we just walked in to check it out. A ghost town. Nothing was working. I don't even know if the hotel was open. We just left ASAP because it was so creepy.

The Splash Park was where we spent most days while we were at the Vidanta Resort! The pool has recently been overlayed with a rubber coating that is safe and non slippery. We especially loved the lazy river which is fun for every age! The water slide is fun for adults and we took our 18 month old and 3... More

This is a small waterpark with a reasonable admission charge. It is 190 pesos for adults but you can get a discount if you buy tickets through one of the travel agencies. I think you get 10% off. The most fun slide is the deslizzer which is the one with the three lanes. You can go down either on a... More
