We love going to Puerto Penasco Mexico. More commonly known as Rocky Point. We've rented the same condo several times and each time another of the ladies joins us for the fun. The beaches here are fabulous and Cet Mar Aquarium was a fun place to drop in for a visit. Was sorry to hear that it has closed up,... More

Please, somebody remove the advertisement for this place. We need more family entertainment in this town.

My family always spoke fondly of this place so during our most recent trip to Mexico we decided to pay a visit. We drove in through the gates and saw two vehicles in the parking lot. Nobody was at the entrance booth and we just assumed they were taking a break or whatever. We started walking around, looking for someone...... More

This aquarium had been open for years but is now closed and the building is gone. I was closed for good in May 2013 and according to the locals, the aquarium complex, some of which still stands, ran out of money and released the sea creatures into the ocean nearby. The rest of the complex is closed to the public.

This is a cute little place to go with kids. It's disappointing if you expect a lot, but for what it is in rural Mexico, we thought it was a nice outing, and affordable for the size. It is very small, but charming, and the kids enjoyed seeing the variety of sea creatures in tanks. It is pretty run down,... More

It's a small super cheezy aquarium, but it's SO CUTE! We took our nephews and they loved it. There's not much to do in Rocky Point, so I would definitely recommend doing this!

If you happen to visit Rocky Point when the weather is chilly or rainy, this is a nice little activity to do with the kids. They love looking at all of the little creatures and they really enjoy feeding Arturo the sea lion!

The aquarium is by no means top of the line, but took the kids and they enjoyed the closeness to the sea life. It is very small, and has a variety of fish in big tubs or otherwise tiny pools. Some you can touch! What I liked the most is the sea turtles they are friendly and behave like good... More

A good place for an hour at most. It is the exhibit part of the maritime school with obviously not too much funding. Leave a little contribution.
