This was great lots of really good restaurants, and clubs, and stores, it felt pretty safe too. They had this restaurant with traditional cuisine, that was amazing, and extremely affordable.

Very nice place to visit. Beautiful rustic colonial architecture. Good restaurants, Old churches, shops, and Small parks.

Very nicely illuminated at night. All the typical electric cables have been eliminated and put underground, so the look and feel of the street is very nice.

I have walked down this street many, many times, before and after they changed it. I still believe there are many better places to see in Durango than this. Parque Guadiana, John Wayne's old ranch north of the city, the cathedral, 20 de Noviembre, the market.

We enjoyed walking this street that is blocked off for traffic. One part has hotels and restaurants and another part has an area dedicated to the movie industry in Durango. There are statues of movie stars, stars on the walkway with stars' names on them. We walked along this street 3 or 4 times. It is just so pleasant.

Perfect walking street. I stayed at a hotel on the same street. What I noticed right away was how clean everything was. No trash, gum on the sidewalk, etc. If you have traveled Mexico at all you realize most cities here don't understand that concept. This street should have had nicer restaurants and shops.

Just like just about every large city, there is a main strip of stores to cater to the tourists visiting the area. This is that main drag. These kinds of stores can be found almost anywhere outside of Mexico and really isnt interesting at all. However, this street does connect to a lot of interesting museums, the cathedral, plazas, and... More

My wife and I enjoyed walking along this pedestrian street. There are all sorts of store, restaurants, benches, and people. This is an area that people gather in in the late afternoon and evenings. I have seen assorted type of entertainment there in the evenings but mostly on the weekends. There is a beautiful church to visit there as well.... More

I sooo loved walking down this street. So many shops, restaurants. Restaurants, shops, bars. Churros Dolores is a great shop that I recommend. You can get hot chocalate, to go along with a delicious freshly Churro. So many historic buildings. Plenty of places to sit during the summer time. Once you walk down the whole street, which doesnt take a... More

We were happy to stumble upon this street. It's a great place to hang out, people watch, and enjoy weekend entertainment. We were surprised at the limited dining options, but maybe more will come soon.
