Omni Beach is spectacular. As a non-Omni guest, we had to be careful of not going on the Omni's portion of the beach. Just be respectful of that.

The Omni Hotel has a great little beach bar. And the restaurant at the hotel is probably the best in Puerto Aventuras, but expect to pay for that. The beach itself on the other hand, has been deteriorating since the building of the jetties at the marina inlets. If you're looking forward to spending a day on the beach I... More

We loved the hotel rooms with the Jacuzzi on the balcony. The beach was nice but small. The rock walls made the small swimming area calm and shallow, but there wasn't much sand around to walk along the beach. The waves were too strong the day we visited so I can't comment on the snorkeling. I loved the pool areas... More

Walk down from the resort and step on to soft sand that is very comfortable to walk on. There is a high percentage of shaded space offered, which for me is appreciated so that my wife can enjoy the sun and I can read without triggering another round of skin cancer. Water is clear and refreshing and some fish can... More

Nice snorkeling but not fabulous. Good safe place to play in the water for long amounts of time. Like that they have left the beach natural.

The beach at the Omni is a wonderful change from most Riveria Maya beaches in that the jetties provide calm, clear, warm waters to relax and enjoy the sea with out any current! Perfect for oldies, or people with small children. This beach was among our favorites visited on a recent trip to Quintana Roo!

Apparently the beach in front of the Omni has gone through some changes. Some erosion has made it quite small and if you're a serious beach-head, this may not work for you. The resort is small so it's okay that the beach is small although anyone can come to this beach... hotel guest or not so it's possible that it... More

The Omni is working hard to restore the beach and it is paying off. Gorgeous, turquoise water and pristine white sand, combined with amazing snorkeling. Has an intimate feel and glorious ocean views!

We love the grilled fish tacos with roasted habanero salsa in oil - wow - what a punch of flavor!!! The staff at the beach bar are always very friendly and kind. They remember us each time we visit.

The waters here are great to snorkel at. There is a reef right in front of the Omni that is great to snorkel at. The colors and varieties of the fish are wonderful. Clear water with want sand beaches.
