Owner description: The pride of this complex is the Puerto Aventuras Golf & Racquet Club. The Golf Course, as its surroundings, is an exciting and challenging adventure in a friendly and peaceful environment. The course was designed by Thomas Lehman in 1991. This 9 hole, Par 36 course was the first Golf Course in the Riviera Maya. This magnificent traditional jewel has a classic design with 3262 yards of soft and smooth Bermuda Grass. It offers an exciting and challenging adventure surrounded by tall Palm trees, colorful flowers and native trees and plants. The majestic Ceiba trees, considered sacred in the Mayan culture, line the fairways guarding ancient secrets. It provides multiple natural obstacles, and different native animals, like iguanas, cereques, monkeys, squirrels, ducks and other tropical birds will make each round a unique golf experience to be repeated over, and over again.

Spent a week in Puerto Aventuras at some condo's, and golf was in our plans. We had honestly planned on playing some of the other courses in the area, however we ended up playing the PA Golf Course on two different days. The reason....it is close, convenient, reasonably priced, fun to play, and the course fee allows for all day... More

First the welcome of the staff was friendly and welcoming. This is a 9 hole course, well maintained and cared for. It is also good for wildlife and took some nice pictures of the birdlife. At the time they had an offer of $104 to play all day if you wanted, this included green fees, cart rental and choice of... More

the next closest option was $200 per round with $50 for rentals, I booked at the resort and it was 98$. My only complaint was that we were promised rentals for $17 and they charged me $32.!! We had a first tee at 730 but got there early and went out at 715.. NO one was in front and NO... More

This course is great for those that do not want to get laid away for golf fees. The TPC at Cancun does not hold a candle to Puerto Golf at 1/3 thre price and the fee at Puerto is an all day play as many as you like course. The staff excellent. Carts excellent Rental Clubs excellent. Try it you... More

It is great & fun to play this Golf Course. It has some difficulty but overall, fine. The price is fine for $ 98.00 (package) , but i do not understand why there is a 20% TIP added to it. Our person who rung us up, did nothing except tell us to go over to the right. This course is... More

This sis a 9 hole course in the middle of Puerto Aventuras.. We got 18 holes ( 2 rounds- 2 sets of flags ) a cart, rental clubs, 3 balls and tees for 98.00 US. The course itself is very flat with loads of trees and bushes on all sides of the fairway. A few trees and bushes in the... More

After reading other reviews stating that this course is 'too expensive' and not a good value - we questioned whether we should play. However, it's all relative... and this was much better than other 'local courses' I've played in other tropical areas. It's not helpful to read reviews that say it's over-priced compared to courses in other parts of the... More

We did a lot of research on this course before we arrived and e-mailed the manager Jose Luis several time before we arrived. He gave us a great weekly rate including cart and club rentals. First, for the avid golfers out there this is probably not the course for you. If you are used to well groomed fairways and manicured... More

I emailed ahead because it was our anniversary and wanted a bunch of info before we chose a course. We got an immediate reply as to cost, tee times, etc... We arrived early (several hours) and it was no problem. The new manager was a doll and filled our cooler, explained everything and we were off. We bought a couple... More
