I did 2 great dives with scuba caribe at Grand Palladium Resort in Riviera Maya. The gear to rent is a little bit old but the instructors were very nice. The spot right there in front of the hotel are great. The only negative thing I found was the price. Really expensive. $75 for 1 dive is to much.

My husband and I took our three young adult sons with us to the Riu Palace Mexico, and just returned. We used Scuba Caribe on the beach right on the resort. I admit I was leary at first, due to my human nature. It turned out that every person we worked with at Scuba Caribe was incredibly professional and helpful.... More

Our Dive Master Myron was great to work with. However the scheduling and communication by the shop could be vastly improved. Lost precious vacation time waiting etc. If you are a morning diver and not and advanced open water diver you may be diving only in the afternoons per their fixed schedules. Suggest you contact shop immediately for availability and... More

I met up with the dive people while they were doing a dive master course in the pool. I spoke with Bernardo, a friendly fellow who explained the dive tours they have. I thought the prices were really reasonable: $70US for a 1-tank open water dive. We booked the turtle snorkel tour, $40 US pp for 1 1/2 hours. We... More

I purchased a jet ski through Scuba Caribe while staying at the Riu Palace in Cancun and it was a good value, but the staff needs some serious lessons on how to run the place. First off, after booking the 40 minute jet ski ride, they tell you to go out on the ocean , but don't give you an... More

Booked through Riu Playacar an indroductory dive. Claudio was an awsome instructor and dive guide. I can't wait to go back and finish my certification with Scuba Caribe.

A diving friend of mine suggested the Grand Palladium hotel as the Scuba Caribe diving Center is right on the beach! How convenient! The Scuba Caribe crew is just fantastic, very helpfull and always there to help and assist you. Just prior to my very 1st dive, I found out that the cable for tying to the BCD inflator was... More

Just returned from a week's diving in the Mayan Riviera. The reef around the hotel is pretty dead at this point, the poor DM had to really search to find anything to point out to us. Fishlife is minimal, I didn't take very many pictures. We took the ferry to Coz one day and had fantastic dives, the mainland just... More

The review is for the team at the Viva Wyndham Maya. The team was great; very friendly and relaxed and made all of our scheduling super easy. My 14 year old daughter did their discovery dive and love the instructor Juan Carlos. I had three dives over 4 days and everyone from Roberto in the front office to the crew... More

The centre, based on the beach in front of the Grand Palladium, offers fantastic diving with everything from coral reef to cavern diving, we also swam with whale sharks. Not to be missed is diving in Cozumel, second only to diving in the Maldives! A good range of sea life including the usual alongside large morays and turtles. Also one... More
