I take a bike ride there often.Recently saw something new , called Danza de Los Voladores.5 men dressed in ritual costumes climb a pole , with ropes wrapped around the pole and tied to their feet at the top .They then launch themselves , and spin around , decending to then ground. All the while, one is singing and hitting a... More

Very small little spot at the end of the bus line out of Ixtapa. Pay the 10 pesos and take the local bus to Playa Linda from Ixtapa. Have a look at the crocs from the beach side of the enclosure. Take the water taxi to Ixtapa Island for 40 Pesos. Best of all rent a bike in Ixtapa, just... More

crocodiles, birds, iguanas all cohabitating in one area. Amazing. Local man feeds them and apparently gets right in with them unfortunately we didn't get to see it. There is a flea market there and the pier to go to Ixtapa Island. No need to get a tour there. Take a local bus or taxi much cheaper

Sand is not white, water is not clear. No shore beak for surfing. Not very picturesque. The reason you would go is to get the water taxi to Ixtapa Island.

I enjoyed this beach, and you can travel with your family to an island on a boat. Beautiful souvenirs available as well.

We stayed at Capella Ixtapa which was a reasonably short walk away from Playa Linda. We made the walk one of the 7+ days we were there. We went towards the end of the day. Most of the shops were closed and there weren't any vendors out peddling their goods when we go there. We thought that was a good... More

You have three choices of beach here. There is great snorkeling and you can take a nice walk on beach. No rocks and no waves. Great food . Just bring some money or extra water as you only get one drink per person. We stayed ther for about 5 hours and had a great time

This little area is full of vendors and food if you like to shop/eat. They also have a crocodile area that you can see them feeding and get pretty close. Was a nice walk from our hotel (Azul Ixtapa). There are other activities there but we just did the shopping.
