Attending the cooking school run by Lizbet at the Meson Sacristia was a step into Mexican cuisine and culture. Great fun. We did three days of classes at Sacristia. Each day was three hours of preparation, conversation, cooking and eating. I stayed at different hotel but I heard great comments about this cooking class, so I decided to take one day cooking class to learn about the Mexican cuisine. I don't like spicy food but still enjoyed it. Bring you own bell peppers from the market to substitute for their peppers. They could use a warmer to keep entrees warm til dessert and drink items are made.
