I don't like spicy food but still enjoyed it. Bring you own bell peppers from the market to substitute for their peppers. They could use a warmer to keep entrees warm til dessert and drink items are made.

We took a 5 day cooking course here and enjoyed every minute. Two women from Austrailia were our classmates and added a lot of fun to the experience.
