My husband and I, who aren't even that interested in cooking, had a fabulous time at the Zirita school. The people were delightful, the setting was fabulous, and the food was excellent. We got to choose to either help with the preparation or just watch, and we chose to watch. We learned a lot about the food of the Michoacan... More

From the fascinating tour of Morelia's traditional Mercado San Juan to the drive into the workshop grounds, I was astonished by... More

I love that most of these delicious recipies are vegetarian, so I could try almost everything! You definitly need to try "Mole de Queso, Col de Arbol and Atole de Zarzamora" The place is lovely, and the main Chef is so nice, she is... More
