This lovely block long park has green space, flowers, statues and a fountain. Most of the time local artists and artisans are displaying their wares in the center walkway. Along one side are several sidewalk cafes. As you sit at the tables enjoying a meal or a drink, you can look across to the historic ex-convent housing the Conservatorio de... More

This Plaza is so beautiful that you have to stop by and enjoy it at least for a couple of hours. There's a line of restaurants and bars and on the sidewalk there is always an art demostration. So peaceful.

Jardin de las Rosas is located just next to the church where it gets its name. The convent of the church has since been converted to a conservatory (music), so this garden, which is lined with restaurants is a great place to hang out and soak in the atmosphere of Morelia.

This is a great little park in the neighborhood of the aqueduct. Good people watching with nice benches to rest or have a snack.

I walked by this area everyday durning my 10 day visit to Morelia. It was always lively and many times there were artists and art vendors selling beautiful and interesting pieces of artwork and paintings. The food in the cafes was very good but many people were there just to meet friends and family to share a drink or coffee... More

Such a lovely and tranquil jardin. There are many little restaurants behind it and it seems to be a busy place at night for happy hour among the younger generation. It was relaxing even though it was very busy. Beautiful flowers and well kept gardens. Also, the entire area offers free wifi!

We spent a lovely Sunday afternoon here, having a drink at one of the local restaurants, watching artists sketching a model and a festival from the church opposite.
