VISUALLY STUNNING!!!. MY WIFE A NON GOLFER WAS ALLOWED TO SHARE THE CART FOR FREE! In superb condtion with very challenging greens at 11 on the meter!. As a four handicap golfer, I have played all over the world. I would rate this as the very best in Mexico, and as good as Pebble Beach, if not better!! Steve Coyle more

Just got back from Cabo in November 2007. I played Cabo del Sol, Cabo Real, and The Palmilla course. The Palmilla course was ok, but the worst of all three. Save your money to play Cabo del Sol if you want a first rate experience. more

Pamilla golf club was one of the nicest golf courses in Cabo. Cheaper than Del Sol, friendlier staff, and great conditions. The course layout was great. The views weren't the best on Cabo but its about the golf, not the views. Challenging course thanks to Jack Nicklaus designs. The course was in excellent condition. The carts have AC. What a... more

Played the course for the first time May 21, 2007. We were able to get twilight rates ($150.00/person + tax) and had our own clubs. The course is beautiful and playing from the championship black tees it was a challenge plus. We played the Arroyo/Ocean combination. The course does offer additional discounts - had we been able to play a... more

Golfed Pamilla on Mar 30. First impressions are not fair. The clubhouse is not very impressive. However even the driving range is beautiful. You hit toward the ocean, and it is a great view. We played the ocean 9, then the mountain 9. Some day I would like to try the desert 9, but that’s another review. The ocean 9... more

I returned to Palmilla Golf Club, January 2007 and the golf course was PERFECT. I inquired about what happened this summer about conditions. Found out that the entire Los Cabos area was in a drought before the hurricanes hit the area in late July and August, so all the courses were forced to cut back on watering. We played the... more

I'm not normally one to complain, but this was a horrible experience. I played the Palmilla 3 years ago, and it was a great course. Excellent conditioning with a good layout, and I genuinely looked forward to playing it again. My experience on this past trip was horrendous. As the previous review states, the fairways were severely burned out. I... more

we played the ocean and mountain nines, in late June of 2006. The course layout is spectacular, the greens great, but the fairways were seriously burned. The staff said that the irrigation system for the fairways failed for one day and they lost the fairways. They appeared to be coming back but they were definately burned out. more

As opposed to the previous poster I found Palmilla to be an excellent bargain. As a guest of the hotel I was able to play twilight (beginning at just 1pm) for just under $100 taxes included. The course is fantastic...the equal or better than anything I have played...including Pebble Beach, The Greenbriar, Bay Hill, The Cloister etc. etc. Not overly... more

I played the Palmilla course during twilight hours. The green fees at twilight drop to "only" $135. However, I had to rent clubs and they charged $55 for club rental...this for a completely worn-out set of Callaway X-14s. I had to take three of the irons back because the grips weren't just worn...they had chunks missing. By the time I... more
