My wife and I went to Cabo for our 10 year anniversary and I wanted to do something unique. I saw this on a travel site and thought it would be perfect. We weren't disappointed! It begins with an appriximately 20 minute ride out to a large ranch with our guide Marcel. He was friendly, funny, and very knowledgeable. Marcel... More

I agree with one of the other reviewers, the camel ride was really a walk....10 mins along the beach and that is it. I understand it can't be like a horseback ride because the camels won't behave like horses and all line up nicely and follow the leader!! It would have been been good to know this up front so... My husband and I went on a cruise on the Carnival Miracle during the first week of April 2013. We decided to go on the Outback & Camel Safari while in Cabo and are so glad we did. From the ship we took a tender into port and then were escorted to an air-conditioned bus for our ride out to... More

This was a great day for my wife and myself. Pepe was our guide and the nature walk was informative. The camel ride along the sandy beach and a great lunch afterwards was well worth the price.

You won't believe how fun and memorable this is. Sure, it's a tourist-y kind of gig. But it's a blast, particularly with kids. Go and do it!

Camels on the beach was one of the great excursions of all time. Marcel was a six star guide and photos with Powder the camel were terrific. We own horses but a camel is something else - it's the equivalent of sitting on a 24 hand Clydesdale with a weird gait - what a hoot :) You have to try... More

I loved our guide and the whole tour, the information, the authentic mexican meal, tequila tasting and learning about the various plants and cactus there. The camel experience was great especially the beach we went along. The only draw back is even though the acutally excursion is only 3.5 hours it took most of the day before your back to... More
