This gated community has a lot of real estate for sale; however, if you have to ask the price, you probably can't afford it! Pedregal is one of the most beautiful places bar none. The houses are built on the cliff edge looking out to the Pacific. You can sit on the porch and watch whales and dolfins from atop your perch.
