Great finds on endless merchandise and haggle is the name of the game. All of the vendors are so nice and it's great fun to chat with them, make a deal and leave with lots of souvenirs and remembrances of your vacation. Can't leave without getting lots of tee-shirts for the folks back home (and me, too)!

Stayed in Cabo week 3/31/14 in the Solmar area, behind the Arch. This Flea Market at the marina was a 5-10 minute walk away. What I particularly liked is that it is inside, large and shaded. Having walked the road in the hot sun for several days, I decided to go here instead and made my way shopping then out... More

I like shopping the market & "haggling" with the vendors to get a fair price. Good variety of goods to buy for souvenirs or gifts to take home.

I love thrift stores, flea markets, and garage sales. Obviously if you are trying to buy some last minute gifts, it is much cheaper to buy them from a street vendor or in the flea market. They are not paying the high rent on the pier. The prices are going to be outrageously too high because they expect us to... More

all products were the same whether you were at the mall or flea market--very little if any negotiating

I didn't find anything worth buying. The vendors are very aggressive and they all have the same stuff. Not worth it.

We always hit the flea market when we are there because you don't have to spend all day looking for bargains and gifts on the street. The storefronts are nothing fancy, but they have everything and are willing to negotiate.

Great fun, just remember to negotiate all the prices. The vendors are a bit pushy but fun and the love the challenge of negotiating for their goods. Great place to pick up local goods and t-shirts.

Why bother? Everything you find here can be bought in stores for 70% of the price and without all of the hassling.

Be careful when buying silver. May be nickel instead. Make sure you wear sunscreen. If paying in dollars, do not accept pesos as change. It's a ripoff
