Nice place

I visited this place with a tour. Interesting place if you haven't seen the glass blowers in action before. It is a place to see at Cabo.

We were told about this place and were we glad we asked and took the time to find it... After spending a while looking at all the cool stuff they have here, we watched one of the guys making small glasses.... after watching him make 2 stemmed small glasses… I then asked if we could buy the ones we had... It is not intention to write a "bad" review. I expected something different. Driving up the stained glass windows immediately caught my attention. They were filled with color and life. The glass blowers did a nice demo of their art. I wanted to make some purchases. Sadly, I did not see anything different than what I see at retail stores... More

Last year I had wanted to go to the glass factory but we never got there. This year we went as part of a tour. The building with all of the glass tiles and murals was amazing. The workers do not have the best of conditions to work in but nonetheless, the do great work. We were able to watch... More

We were on a tour that stopped at the Glass Factory. They gave a great presentation. My husband even got a chance to blow glass. He was excited to go in the first place. This was icing on the cake! I enjoyed the architecture of the building. Alot of which was done with blown glass. It was beautiful. Great shopping.... More

The glass blowing factory is just outside of town. Highly recommend going to see the men create glasses, bowls, and other types of glass products. They are extremely skilled and make it look easy! There is a fantastic variety of pieces to purchase too. They do not negotiate pricing.

I was interested in buying some Mexican drinking glasses and found this glass blowing studio and they give demonstrations and will do customer orders providing you have 2 days to wait for your order beacause shipping is quite expensive to the US.

It's everything that you would expect from an active glass blowing factory. Over 30 artisans are on site, some demonstrating their glass blowing techniques. They invited one of the tourists to blow glass which was interesting. I guess it's not that easy to do. Glass blowing in Mexico started in 1535 when the Spanish brought glass blowing artisans to the... More

We were on a tour of the are and our first stop was at the glass blowing factory located on the edge of the city. Miraculously, the building survived the recent hurricane with little damage. Inside, we watched a craftsman create wonderful glass figurines in just a few minutes for each one. One was a hummingbird flying into a flower... More
