November 2014 - We are writing this review in hopes of preventing others from having to deal with such an extremely un-professional staff and company. Pros- You can leave your things in Cabo and not have to bring them down each year Cons- They either break of loose the items that you have left in their storage facility They are... More

It was the worst experience renting a car ever. There was over an hour delay in checking our car out and they said it was because the car was being cleaned. When we got it it was filthy inside and out. We immediately drove to a gas station to wash the windows and wipe down the interior. Never ever will... More

Trip Advisor does not offer a chance to review rental agencies, so I hope that folks will see this instead. We reserved a car through Dollar in the US, then bought our Mexican Liability insurance policy through Costco. When we arrived at Dollar, we were told that we needed 4 Million pesos in liability insurance ($300K US). When we asked... More

Got to Cabo June 8 , having reservations for a 10 passenger van made well over 2 months before arrival ! Exiting the airport where all the car rental reps show up and we approached Fox, it took him two minutes to find our reservations, once he found them he promptly said that Fox did not have the vehicle and... When you are walking around in Cabo San Lucas, Don't talk to the people with the light blue shirts of of Solmar Beach Lands End.They are from a timeshare resort and if you are from the USA,they promise you a lot if you visit a resort .Since we are not,the man called Miguel offered us to swim with dolphins for... Simi-experienced traveler and 5th Cabo trip longtime Bluechip Member. Do not rent from Thrifty in Cabo. I booked a one week rental for a full size car total with tax $115. Arrived and was told that the liability insurance was mandatory and $37 per day. I remember purchasing liability in Cabo and it was $10-$15 per day. So the rental... More

As you walk around the marina, you'll get all kinds of offers for services. We were looking for someone to take us fishing and settled on "Enrique's" after his barker caught our attention. He wanted $300 USD for the two of us and we bargained him down to $250, chose the day we wanted to go and left a $200... More

Print confirmation. Read instructions carefully on the confirmation paperwork. Transcabo gives you everything you need to know in a step-by-step manner. I had 3 roundtrip shuttle reservations for 3 persons traveling at different times. I had to adjust pickup times on 3 of the 6 rides due to flight changes. I sent emails to request the changes and received confirmations... More

Enjoyed the scenery, beautiful Lovers' Beach and cliffs, sea lions begging for food and the boat rides. The only drawback is the throng of hecklers offering boat rides to the beach as you disembark those cruise line tenderboats. And when you turn them down they curse you out in Spanish and laugh sneeringly amongst themselves. The info center is okay,... More
