it is perfect to bring your picnic basket and spend and afternoon there, you can rent a water taxi to go there of just walk around the coastline, it is at least another must see and is on its way to the arch.
There are many ways to get there are see also the rest of land's end, including the Arco and the colony of playful seals (sea lions?). We rented two double kayaks, packed up snorkels and a sandwich and combined an up close view of the Arco with a visit to Lover's beach and snorkeling about Pelikan's rock. Awesome.

We took a glass bottom boat here, which then picked us up about 3 hours later. This is a great relaxing beach wherein you can also snorkel. It also cuts across to the pacific side (divorce beach). Tons of beautiful rock formations and caves too. Bring some lunch and snorkel gear, and have yourself a great afternoon.
Unlike other places in Cabo, you can swim safely at this beach; walk a little bit and find your own private cove.
Ok, you have to go there, because is a must see of Cabo but it is not too bad because the Ocean at one side and the Mar de Cortez on the other make this beach very interesting to visit. The water is a bit cold, but it is worth to spend 2 hours there
You can take a boat there and stay for awhile and they will pick you up. There are no facilities there, no shade and no services. However, it is really interesting with caves, etc. The surf is intense so hard to swim....be warned. It is gorgeous however, great photo opp!
no bathrooms, no shade. but if you prepare for that it is a fun afternoon. snorkeling, laying out, exploring the area. we have been here every time we go to cabo.
By Australian standards it was just a beach. The snorkelling could have been better but there were too many boats coming and going, which churned the water and sand up, making visibilty poor.
Lovers beach, located next to Los Arcos is a great place to relax and layout in the sun. You can get a water taxi from the marina for about 5-10 bucks a person (depending on how many in your party). They will take you over and pick you up at a per-determined time you choose. You can explore the rock...
