Mauricio's 3 Senores offered an excellent riding experience for a friend and me today. He has beautiful, well-fed, well-trained horses, and carefully maintained tack. Mauricio is dedicated to dog and horse rescue - he's well known for his generous work in the community. The horses were very responsive. We rode out into the beautiful countryside, past a shepherd tending a... More

Me and my girlfriend took a horse back riding trip with Mauricio (owner of the horses/stable) and even though we got there a lil late because we couldn't find the place (taxi driver just didn't know how to get there, it is pretty easy to get there actually!) and we waited for like 30 min until Mauricio came back from... Mauricio's "3 Senores" is a first class authentic horse back tour. Close in, at the edge of San Miguel, next door to the train depot - makes for a convenient, fun, and easy going horseback ride experience - as Fine As It Gets. Mauricio, a local, English speaking Native, is a youthful yet lifelong horseman, dedicated to providing a safe... More

I did a two-hour hike with Mauricio (and Baron and Adelita :-)) taking me to the outskirts of the town, including the original church "in the middle of nowhere" - not a place one would normally get to visit. The hike was wonderful, but I was even more impressed by the organisation of it all: Mauricio has an animal shelter... More

One of the most beautiful cities I've ever encountered in the world. Its UNESCO World Heritage rating is incredibly well-deserved. I could not put my camera down for 8 days! One of the most colorful towns I have ever visited.

Not sure what happened, but we made reservations. The guy told us to meet him at the train station the next morning. We double-checked -- train station? Yes. But nobody ever came. And nobody ever called us back. ???

Hello, Yes i remember this reservation, There was no deposit paid for confirmation since we had spoken a couple of times over the phone. The first time you called me and the second one i called you to give you more details about how to get there, explaining that 3SENORES is located at the very small train station at the... More

Our party of 7 included three children and four adults with only two of us inexperienced riders. Mauricio was thorough in finding out our skill levels and size to pick the right horses. He was careful to be sure we all had a safe and enjoyable trip. Young and old, we had a fabulous time, delighting in the rural landscapes,... More

Los 3 Senores trail rides are an amazing experience, through the old San Miguel where historical and modern architecture compliment the breath taking country side views. It is a pleasure to travel under the guidance of a master horseman (Mauricio) with a genuine passion for the horses and the rider’s experience. There is no better way to enjoy the genuine... More

I visited 3 Señores stable during my two-week stay in San Miguel. It was one of the highlights of my stay if not the highlight. I am 65 years and enjoyed the ride to no end. If you can still get up on a horse, do this. Great people. Great horses.

I first rode out of 3 Señores stables shortly after coming to San Miguel de Allende in September 2009. I was alone and had my first opportunity to see parts of surrounding countryside not normally accessible to such as I. The stock was in tremendous shape and well broken. My mare on that occasion, a good one, was named Dorotea.... More
