We went here in January so it was pretty cold in the shade, but the pools were lovely and warm. It only cost 180 pesos for the two of us, which I thought was a good deal. There were not a lot of people about, which made it for a nice relaxing afternoon in the water and a couple of... More

A wonderful, thrilling, clean and pleasant afternoon out with the kids - mine especially liked the "tobogan".

Never been in this balneario...took the risk and did not regret. Super good deal, took family of five, dinned and had fun in clean pools, water slides an nice and well kept landscape... All for 80 USD. Simply unbeatable!

The security staff open the cars and take what ever they find, even dirty clothes . What a shame!!! They should hire honest people

Lots of fun with water slides for the big and small. Thermal waters are wonderful for the whole family. Bring a picnic or buy something there and enjoy a few hours of family fun.

there are hot waters pools, there are activities for children, how ever its not thermal water , it's not a spa. come with food and drinks and let your children go solo ( if they are big enough), u can rest in the shade, overall very nice.

We visited Xote on a sunny Friday afternoon. There were plenty of people there, but it definitely did not feel too crowded. However, I don't think you could have swum laps if you tried...there is really something for everyone here. There's a fast slide using "toboggans" and some tube-type slides that go as fast as you want (depending upon your... More

The large pool is excellent for swimming laps either early in the morning when kids are out of school or during the day when kids are in school. The big slide is fun for all ages. No jewelry of any kind is allowed. It's better on a sunny day because the water is not that warm. Few chairs- bring your... More

Just outside town this little gem features four pools, several small wading spots for the kids, as well as two heart stopping slides. After working out there three days a week for the last two winter seasons I rate this water park as the best in San Miguel. Even early Monday morning after the weekend crowds, the place is clean,... Xote is a family place, unlike the other hot spring parks just outside of San Miguel de Allende. For under $10 (adults, and it's less for kids), you can spend the day swimming, sunning and picnicking with the kids. It's chaotic and fun, with huge water slides, and it's okay to bring your own pool toys if you have them.... More
