Beautiful and well maintained, the park is endowed with walkways, flora and fauna and, in addition, basketball courts, sculptures, play areas and, on its perimeter, food carts and vendors. Enjoy this jewel, you won't be sorry.

A wonderful tropical park in the center of town. There are many varieties of plants, trees and choices of benches. A perfect get-a-way from the afternoon sun. The park is close to the Rosewood Hotel and the many restaurants on the Ancha. Cafe Rama is a short distance. Don't miss it on a Sunday when the artists display their paintings.

If you are in San Miguel de Allende during the first two weeks of February and if you love flowers, then you must not miss a stroll through the Parque Juarez. Growers and sellers bring their garden wares to market in a beautiful setting. Even if you don't live here and can't take a plant home, it is such an... More

Juarez Park is a lush, green, vibrant place to get in a morning walk, join zumba or tai chi, play a game of basketball, jog, take your children to the playground or just walk hand-in-hand with your sweetie. It was one of my favorite places in San Miguel. On Saturdays they have the art stroll, a great opportunity to meet... More

Good place to exercise and watch activities such as yoga groups, Tai chi, exercises or just sit. Clean and safe.

Depending on the timing, this park may be filled with vendors, artists, joggers, dogs, kids and courting couples or nearly empty. It has been a different experience every time we have been there during our visit to SMA. It is always interesting, and even when busy, never feels crowded. Once we sat for ages on a bench watching a group... More

The moment we entered you could tell this park was treasured by all those who lived here. There were runners, lovers, children playing, even a marching band practicing. Take a stroll and visit one of the beautiful bars that skirt the park for a lovely nightcap!

This park provides an outstanding respite just a short stroll from the center of town with lots of trees, benches, and quiet areas. We enjoyed looking at the artists' display on a pleasant Sunday afternoon, and just sitting and watching kids play on the various metal works. It's a very safe, uncrowded place to spend a little time, and is... More

This is a wonderful place to stroll through at any time of the day (not sure about night time, though). It is full of the greenery you long for when in the high desert. Lots of events take place here and kids always playing on the courts.
