Good place to exercise and watch activities such as yoga groups, Tai chi, exercises or just sit. Clean and safe.

Depending on the timing, this park may be filled with vendors, artists, joggers, dogs, kids and courting couples or nearly empty. It has been a different experience every time we have been there during our visit to SMA. It is always interesting, and even when busy, never feels crowded. Once we sat for ages on a bench watching a group... More

The moment we entered you could tell this park was treasured by all those who lived here. There were runners, lovers, children playing, even a marching band practicing. Take a stroll and visit one of the beautiful bars that skirt the park for a lovely nightcap!

This park provides an outstanding respite just a short stroll from the center of town with lots of trees, benches, and quiet areas. We enjoyed looking at the artists' display on a pleasant Sunday afternoon, and just sitting and watching kids play on the various metal works. It's a very safe, uncrowded place to spend a little time, and is... More

This is a wonderful place to stroll through at any time of the day (not sure about night time, though). It is full of the greenery you long for when in the high desert. Lots of events take place here and kids always playing on the courts.

The park itself is a beautiful setting. Depending on when you visit there is always something nice going on like zumba or an art exhibition or a feria or just nice people. There are also very nice pieces of exercise equipment.

Largest park in town, and beautifully laid out. Manicured and exhibits the best in the ability of the Mexican people to deliver horticultural expertise.

I love buying local art when I travel, and Juarez Park is THE place to be on Sunday when the artists set up shop. Many are not represented in galleries or shops, so if they don't sell anything...they don't eat. So it's a great place to buy work from a local artist without the gallery prices.

A beautiful oasis of green and birdsong in the middle of one of the most beautiful cities on earth. And it shines with particular gusto when an event is held here. We've attended a sort of "Taste of San Miguel" here, several speciality arts and crafts events and best of all a celebration of alters during the Dia de los... More
