We stop by the Parroquia often when we're in San Miguel ... there is almost always a lively scene in the square out front. It's a lovely cathedral that's unique for our area.

It was amazing to visit this grandeur structure.. It takes you back in Spanish colonial era.. The area around was happening and full of life.. Must visit if you are around👍🏻👍🏻

Gorgeous. No photos allowed during services and there are a lot of them. there are many beautiful churches here in SMA and you need to see some of them. If only one, then this one.

Recommend to see it at night and a walk around the park. There are good restaurants in the area. ........................

A 'must' if visiting San Miguel de Allende. We arrived early enough to attend a Sunday mass, and it was very moving. An ini-depth tour the following morning provided great historical detail. It truly is a beautiful & unique landmark.

The facade of the Parroquia de San Miguel Allende is every visitor's favorite photo, for good reason. It's an impressive and beautiful piece of architecture, designed and constructed by a man with no formal training. The bell towers are impressive as are the spires of the gothic face of this parish church. Never large enough to have a bishop (and... More

This is one of my favorite magic city's on Mexico. If you have the opportunity to be there, take a look to the Church of San Miguel.

I could just sit outside and look at this place on a regular basis. Inside is also special. It is right in the center of the plaza.

San Miguel would just simply not be what it is without this architectural gem. It's unique style full of coned and segmented volumes work together creating one of the most picturesque churches in Mexico. It's pinkish Cantera stone and sharp outlines distinguish this building as a beloved landmark for the community. It stands on top of a hill making it... More

We've seen large churches throughout the world. This one is beautiful on the outside, but very ordinary inside. It's not worth a special trip to San Miguel, but if you are here, spend a few minutes looking around.
