Housed in a defunct cotton factory, lLa Aurora is an art lover's dream. Beautifully done. You could spend many hous here and it is fifteen minute walk from the center of San Miguel.

The Fabrica Aurora is such an interesting and fun Art Stop shop! The handpainted hand bags, the marvelous weaver, the comfortable lawn furniture, the factory machinery, we could have spent all day, a wonderful place to take your guests.

Go to the Fabrica to eat with my Monday lunch group from time to time and have never been disappointed in the meals.

Great place to spend a few hours. Many art galleries where you can browse and buy if you so wish. It's a lovely setting, worth the visit.

There's lots going on there. Has good places to eat and a lot of art galleries. There's an art walk monthly and lots of show openings. If you've never been there, be sure to go.

This place is heaven if you want to buy gorgeous things to fill your house with...Unfortunately are backpackers so no shopping for us. The old fabric buildings are interesting to walk through, especially the old bits of machinery which are still around. Even if you don't plan on buying the galleries are still lovely to wander through. We got lunch... More

Wonderful quiet place to wander around looking at beautiful things. There are a wide variety of artists here, big open spaces and places to eat good and reasonably priced food (we had lattes and omelettes). They are dog friendly and our pooch was able to sit by us while we ate our brunch. We elected NOT to take her into... More

There were lots of galleries and lots of great art. There were some home furnishing stores as well for all of the ex-pats living in the area. We were there prior to and during the day of the dead celebration

Great spot for an afternoon stroll and to get away from some of the bustle, heat and business of downtown. Very relaxing and quiet. While much of the art and goods is now Mexican (but European), there is much to see and buy.
