The hot springs are at the bottom of a canyon that is just beautiful, with a river flowing through and sheer walls with very cool rock formations.It is a very steep descent on a cobbled narrow road about 8 kilometers long, or you can take an even steeper path, but beware the knees! They don't allow anyone to drive down,... More

It was an extreme ride down, luckily our driver was good. The water wasn't super hot. But with the warm weather, it was just right.

Beware to put on GOOD hiking shoes. It is very steep downwards. While descending to the hot springs, I felt several meters and got a nice cut in the arm. (6 hours later I found a charming little hospital "rural" in Creel !).

We were a team of 16 people on an expedition in the copper canyon. It was very hard to reach the hot springs because we trekked from a weird direction -- it involved crossing a river and accidentally putting my hand in a cactus!!
