We are a family of 7 with 5 kids ages 9-16. Hidden worlds was awesome for all of us. Julio and his partner(sorry can't remember his name) were so amazing! During the jungle ride Julio was very informative and pointed out many things. The zip lines were fun and the kids liked the roller coaster the best. We booked this... More

Been to about 5 different cenotes and this one is the most spectacular. Much better than Dos Ojos and more affordable as well.

Me and my fiancé got this within a package deal, we also went swimming with the sea turtles (which was outstanding!!) can't quite remember how much it cost but I know it was fairly well priced (I'm a very cheap guy so trust me!) the toilets/changing rooms where we had to get changed into wetsuits were horrendous, don't think it... We made a day trip from Cozumel by taking the ferry to Playa del Carmen, renting a car and visiting Tulum and surrounding area. You can see my other review on that. After we visited Tulum and the ruins, we decided to see one of the cenotes. We read about the Hilario's Well, and decided to give it a try,... More

Huge. Huge huge. Go asap. You can see so deeply into the cenote, maybe the deepest cenote in tulum. Dos Ojos is the most popular but this one is the best

This is one of the original cave places in this area. The tour guides were very friendly and knew the area very well. While it is not as "commercial" as the other places, we enjoyed the less crowded, one on one attention we received. It was simple, and delightful. After snorkeling in the caves, our guide Manny, took us to... More

Me and my boyfriend really wanted to check out Cenotes, we wanted to dive/snorkel and swim in the underwater pool . We found the hidden words driving by to check out the prices .. Cheetoh ( one of The guys) easily convinced us to try out hidden words. He got me at Zip lining. Definitely a great experience ! I... More

This was our second time at Hidden Worlds, after a five year hiatus, and we really enjoyed it again. This is the opposite of mass tourism. Each group seems to have 8-12 people and two guides, who offer a very personalized experience. I saw no more than 30 people total during a busy holiday week. The tour starts with a... More

We called Christmas morning to see if they had room that day for me and my five year old. They said they were full but if we came by at 10:15a, they'd take care of us. When we arrived, they said we'd have to wait until 1p. We went to Tulum to explore the town and get lunch, and this... More

We visited Hidden Worlds as a family. I was a bit concerned because I took my 4 month old baby with me (in a sling). When we got there we spent about 30 minutes up front speaking to the lady making sure they would take us to the appropriate cenote to make sure that the baby would be able to... More
