We were hoping to do the "Sky Cycle" bike zipline but when we got there we were informed it was not working. (Glad it didn't break while on it!) We were the only visitors in the parking lot. One guy with a clipboard greeted us while two boys were working on fixing a jeep. We would have stayed and done... More

Hidden Worlds Cenote is a beautiful stalagmite and stalagmite filled cenote. You take a jungle type tractor from the entrance to the cenote, descend down a ladder into a hole in the ground and you are in another world. Our guide Manny was very friendly and informative. He provided life vests and underwater flashlights. The cave is well lit and... More

We were just there this morning and everything looked shut down except for 2 guys and one of the tractors that takes you back to the cenotes. We had visited Hidden Worlds 3 years ago and it was amazing! Very professional store, lockers, bathrooms, equipment. Today there was no electricity the store was empty and shut. It was like someone... More

I went to Hidden Worlds back in April 2013 (I selected Oct. 2013 just because the website wouldn't let me go back further than that) as part of a Living Social deal to Akumal and had a great time! Originally, this was supposed to be my bachelor party adventure with friends, but unfortunately none of my friends could make it,... More

With so many cenotes in the Akumal/Tulum area, it is not easy to choose. Not having a rental car means you're looking for a place close to the highway. And you want to be impressed with what you see when you get there! Hilario's Well does not disappoint and I feel so grateful I chose this location to snorkel a... More

Very interesting underground snorkel tour at Hidden Worlds Cenote Park near Tulum. Our bilingual guide, Noe, provided all equipment, including underwater flashlights, necessary for an interesting one-hour tour of ancient crystal clear water-filled, stalagmite encrusted limestone grottoes. The ride to the deep entrance of Hillario's Well in an old Mexican farm truck was exciting as well.

We are a family of 7 with 5 kids ages 9-16. Hidden worlds was awesome for all of us. Julio and his partner(sorry can't remember his name) were so amazing! During the jungle ride Julio was very informative and pointed out many things. The zip lines were fun and the kids liked the roller coaster the best. We booked this... More

Been to about 5 different cenotes and this one is the most spectacular. Much better than Dos Ojos and more affordable as well.

Me and my fiancé got this within a package deal, we also went swimming with the sea turtles (which was outstanding!!) can't quite remember how much it cost but I know it was fairly well priced (I'm a very cheap guy so trust me!) the toilets/changing rooms where we had to get changed into wetsuits were horrendous, don't think it... We made a day trip from Cozumel by taking the ferry to Playa del Carmen, renting a car and visiting Tulum and surrounding area. You can see my other review on that. After we visited Tulum and the ruins, we decided to see one of the cenotes. We read about the Hilario's Well, and decided to give it a try,... More
