We visited Hidden Worlds May 14th. Our family of four includes two boys - ages 13 and 10. I booked this as a combo tour with Dolphin Discovery in the morning and Hidden Worlds in the afternoon. I wanted the experience of a Xplore or XelHa but without all the tourists and lines. Our tour was to start at 12:30... More

First impression was misleading! Since vans bring most all adventurers in, we thought the place was deserted except for our group. Later we realized there were actually many other groups, which was reassuring. Our driver Pepe was wonderful, and we loved "Martini" who helped guide and keep us safe. In addition to the amazing nothing-like-THIS-at-home Avatar and sky cycle, I... More

We did this tour in April 2012 and it was fantastic. We booked it through cancun-discounts.com and they included transportation. When we arrived we were given a brief overview of what our tour would include and the order in which our activities would occur, then we were fitted with harnesses. We had a great truck ride into the jungle to... More

We did two different days in hidden worlds park. A snorkeling cenote at first and the zipline ultimate adventure second. Both times it was really fun. The cenote especially was great, just swimming around stalactites and stalagmites was such a unique experience. I would have preferred not to have a life jacket on since you can't go deep, but I... I was kind if skeptic about taking our 3 year old but our guides made us feel very safe and she had soo much fun! This is Mexico not a WALT DISNEY WORLD. If u go ask for Frank and Manuel! Awesome time! From the Reynoso Family from Wisconsin! More

Went with our family as part of a larger group. We all had a great time on the ziplines, the roller coaster zipline, the jungle bike ride, the snorkeling, the buggy ride. It may not meet certain safety codes in the United States, but that seemed to add to the fun and excitement! Very friendly staff. My son lost his... More

This is a great choice for families with older kids (10+) or very brave littler ones. Our guides Juliocesar and Joel were friendly, enthusiastic, and genuinely focused on clients having fun together. They helped think up activities for our 7-y-o when she refused to swim or go on the ziplines. Where else can you ride a bike above the forest,... More

I visited Hidden Worlds in December 2012, with my wife and 12 year old daughter and 10 year old son. While staying on the Riviera Maya you are literally bombarded with advertisements by eco-parks from the time you get off the plane, and it was a bit hard to decide which one to do. We checked out Xel Ha which... More

I just took the cenote swim tour, so not zip-lining. Any one wishing to get away from the crowds and swim in an underground cenote is at the right place. Although the guide was nice and funny, the people behind the counter at the entrance were not friendly or service minded. They gave very poor information: We were told the... More

Researched a bunch of parks as the kids wanted to zipline and didn't want a view of the highway as most of the other disneyland types of adventure parks are in the area. We really enjoyed the 4 hours of skycycling, ziplining and cenote exploring. I booked through the agents at Walmart in Playa Del Carmen who are very friendly... More
