I was a little nervous about the cavern diving, as I had never done it before and hadn't been diving in a year. I was doing a lot of research and talking to many dive shops and as soon as I walked into Scuba Tulum, I knew I wanted to go with them. Rubi immediately made me feel very comfortable... More

Marina and Paolo are wonderful people - they are the owners of Scuba Tulum. They've dived all over Mexico so they can provide insight on dive sites throughout the country. I'm incredibly lucky to have had Marina as my instructor 1-1 for my PADI Open Water Diver Course. She is a wonderful teacher - thorough, patient, and encouraging. She has... More

My husband and I did two dives with scuba Tulum. I am an advanced diver but for him it was his first time ever going underwater in scuba gear. He did a discovery dive in Casa Cenote and it could not have gone better. I say that even though at one point he surfaced and said "this is not for... More

Scuba Tulum was suggested to me by a friend back home. So glad we went on the snorkel tour of Dos Ojos with them. Rubi was our guide and was fantastic above and beyond. We felt we were in excellent hands. He was attentive to our needs, questions and safety. He was personable, kind and funny. He also was super... More

I was with Scuba Tulum 4 days. They are so friendly, and always take care of customers. I visited different cenote everydays, because they organized this for me, even though I'm alone. Paolo, Marina is amazing person, they helped me a lot, also Rubiel, Carlos..what a lovely member! To me, it looks like a family. Rubiel was my guide during... More

Everything you want in a dive shop, Paulo is the man! Very straightforward pricing (and one of the cheapest dive shops in Tulum), laid back atmosphere and small group sizes. Paulo does not hover over you in the water as some divemasters do and allows you to explore as you wish. Highly Highly Recommended!!!

Rubi and Marina were super helpful to us first-time divers!. Rubi said After your first dive, you will want to keep diving". He was right! They were very professional and focused on safety. The training was great and the dive, even better! Rubi went out of his way to make us a little video for us because we were on... More

there are a few options for diving in tulum and the ones i checked all seemed professional, but i went for scuba tulum as it was the friendliest and had a good vibe. i wasn't disappointed - i did 3 dives - casa cenote, dos ojos bat cave and the pit and each one was brilliant in its own way... More

I asked several dive shops for their price for cenote diving and it was generally confusing and at least $130 to $150 depending on which cenotes you visited. It was a relief to meet Paulo at Scuba Tulum. $95 for 2 dives including guide and all equipment and a snack lunch with water. Only 4 divers maximum. You choose which... More

I booked two cenote dives and my mom and sister did cenote snorkeling through Scuba Tulum. First I want to say that our guides were great! Rubi was super helpful and nice, and the other guides we spoke to were as well. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and wanting to help. BUT, the shop seems to be terribly run. They kept giving... More
