Terrible service, rude employees. We just wanted to enjoy the beach but the manager insested that we stay only at their property and nor go near the other hotels property. BUT the water was so discusting full with seaweed we could not stay.

Our first trip to Ziggys was for breakfast...which was very good and reasonably priced. As soon as we finished eating...the staff lead us to an awesome spot on the beach with a shaded table and tanning bed! This was a great hit for our family of 5 ranging in age from 72 to 14. The beach is excellent with very... More

Ziggy's beach club is one of my favorite places to spend the day in Tulum. The food is great, the beach is fantastic and the service is outstanding!

Beautiful beach access, fun and friendly bar staff, an easy way to while away the days in one of the most beautiful locations on earth.

No umbrellas! I didn't stay long because of this. I don't know who can stay in the Caribbean sun for hours without an umbrella. However, staff and grounds were really nice. And the Tulum beach of course.

Ziggy Beach was my go-to beach spot in Tulum when I stayed there for two weeks. I wasn't even staying at the resort, I just drove to the playa every day, parked my car in the lot, and the staff still treated me like I was an honored guest. The beach club is excellent -- whether or not you are... More

We choose Ziggy Beach at least once every trip to have a fun time with a full service restaurant, bar and beach club on the best beach in Tulum. The waiters are fast and friendly and Luis was our guy this trip. The menu is varied and we had the ceviche, shrimp tacos and grilled fish. We had another couple... More

Tequila shrimp tacos were fantastic. Not sure if they were understaffed when we were there, but the service was poor. They have a nice, large parking area and easy beach access with a foot rinsing station when you are done, although the parking lot and restaurant is all sand too. Fun, open atmosphere.

This place is overpriced and the food is mediocre at best. The drinks are made for gringos and giant tour buses roll in with masses from cruise ships. Ick. The location, however, is fantastic. My tip....good place to stop for a beer, water, and pit stop while you're walking down the beach.

We recently stayed at The Beach Tulum next door to Ziggy Beach Restaurant. We were fortunate enough to have our included breakfast here every day, it didn't disappoint us. The breakfast selection was extensive with something for everyone. We ate here for a few dinners and we were always happy with our choice, (except the steak with chocolate sauce). Our... More
