We took our 3 children to the swim and ride program. It's a 10 min orientation + 40 min in the water with the Dolphins. The staff seemed unprepared that so many people had signed up in advance for our time slot. We had 10 people in our group -- much too large. One guide pulled our family of 5... More

We were a group of 8 people looking to do the top 1 hour package (includes foot push). We were staying at the hotel and had read that you could negotiate down to about half the price. Kudos to whomever managed that as we tried to negotiate and got nowhere. The prices seemed to be best on-line but the website... More

Great Experience and the Handlers did a good job. The cost was good on-line, but do not buy the photos, as they are a rip-off. They charge you just for the prints and not the actual CD.

My family and I did the Dolphin swim program on Feb 24/2015, the whole Dolphin experience was wonderful. We had a fantastic time with the dolphins! My complaint is after when they want you to buy the very expensive DVD! So we decided to purchase the DVD because it was such an awesome experience, well we thought we were getting... More

We had done a short visit with the dolphins in Jamaica, so we chose the "trainer for a day" program here. It was wonderful! We spent the entire day with the trainers, participating in many of the shorter groups and experiencing all the belly rides, fin rides and the foot push where two dolphins push you by the feet across... Swimming with dolphins is a must!! It truly is a lot of fun. However make sure you are all in the same group as your entire family. We were placed in two separate groups so we had two separate sets of photos. We were not allowed to put all the photos we wanted on one disk which meant more money.... More

Went there for the lesser package but it was still a lot of fun. I think if I were to do it again I would pay a little more to get to do everything.

During our stay @ The Grande Principle Coba, we booked to swim with the Dolphins at the Dolphinariis at the Tulum Hotel which is part of the complex. We received a warm welcome from all of the staff and were instructed about what to expect when we entered the dolphin enclosure. Our instructor showed us how to stroke the Dolphins... More
