Antonio and Jessica are the best. When their web site describes a 'passionate guide' they understate the passion. We went sea kayaking in Sinn Ka'an and had a great excursion. My daughter (12) rode in the tandem kayak with Antonio and said it was one of the best experiences of her life. Alternating paddling in silence and him telling her... More

We made a reservation for a kayak tour for our family (two adults and two kids). When we got there, Antonio told us that because the water is low (due to the current seaweed bloom), because it is windy, and because we have two kids (and thus need two-person kayaks with only one person paddling), a kayak tour won't really... Thank you for sharing your feedback, we are very sorry it did not work out as we all would have loved to. In 8 years that we have been kayaking in this paradise with all kinds of weathers and people of all ages this is first time that we have to cancel because of inappropriate behavior. Your wife kept interrupting... More

Kayaking amongst the mangroves and islands of the Sian Ka’an lagoon with Antonio was an unforgettable experience. Starting at first light, we immediately got acquainted with a waking osprey within a few feet of our boat, then, in quick succession, came across bronzed cowbirds in courtship display, boat-tailed grackles, cattle egrets miles from any cattle, a gaggle of American coots,... Antonio & his wife went way above and beyond to ensure everyone had a great experience!! You will get a lot of sun so be sure to bring something to cover up with. I always like to bring extra water so I recommend it but other than that they take care of pretty much everything. They are extremely knowledgeable and... More

We loved this tour. I wasn't sure I had the strength to kayak, but did fine. Our guide, Antonio, is passionate about nature, about preservation and of course, about the biosphere. His English is perfect. To spend an afternoon with Antonio and later, his partner, Jessica, is to step out of this world and into one of hope, serenity and... More

This was an incredible experience on all levels. Sensory overload! The landscape, the birds, the clay, the conversation. They care about the reserve and are truly inspiring as ambassadors for their home. Simply an amazing day for me and my two young sons. Antonio was a perfect guide, very knowledgeable, friendly and fun loving. Then to be treated to a... More

Our experience with Yucatan Outdoors was amazing. There are no words to describe how thoughtful, kind, knowledgeable and responsive Antonio and Jessica were with us during the tour. This young couple run their own business and are committed to preserve the natural settings, beauty and health of Sian Kaan’s biosphere. We did the snorkeling and kayaking experience in the manglars.... More

If you are going to do one thing in Tulum, this is it. Antonio and Jessica are not tour guides, as much as they are old friends with a really cool secret to share. From learning about the various species that inhabit Sian Ka'an on the kayak tour, to the home cooked meal overlooking the ocean at the base camp,... More

Antonio was a fantastic guide. We were late to our meeting point, but he was waiting there with a smile. We did kayaking/bird watching tour of Sian Kaan reserve. Absolutely wild and beautiful mangrove wetlands, many birds, and both a rainbow and sunset to enjoy in a 3 hour kayak tour. We are experienced kayakers, and had to power through... More

Yucatan Outdoors is run by Antonio Elizondo. He is the best guide I have ever had on a tour. He only operates small group tours and provides a wealth of knowledge about the flora and fauna of the area explored. It is amazing how passionate he is about the environment and it's protection. I went on a cenote/reef excursion with... More
