We just got back from spending a week in Riviera Maya. The Extreme tour was the highlight of our trip. The best advice I can give you is to read my review along with the other ones.....and then stop researching and just book through Edventure Tours. I spent hours upon hours pouring through trip advisor and booked with Edventure because... More

I was a little hesitant to book the Extreme Adventure Tour through Edventure Tours due to the high price, but it was worth it. We paid for a personal tour guide ($70) and for pictures (a very reasonable $30) to be taken throughout the day. Snorkeling with the turtles was an incredible experience. We saw nearly 20 turtles. The cenotes... More

This was a great day! We were picked up at taken to Tulum office to get gear and meet up with others that are taking your specific tour. It was a bit hectic, but they know what they are doing and it goes smoothly! We went to Akumal with our guide David (who was wonderful). My friend for some reason... More

Edventures are absolutely the choice to make and thanks to Tripadvisor we made that choice! We were picked up from our hotel at 8am as promised by Eduardo the owner who was lovely and drove us down to their office in Tulum. We met out guide for the day who fitted us with life jackets, snorkels, flippers and even provided... More

This tour includes everything, from riding through the jungle, to zip lining, snorkeling, beach, food, and much more. The staff was amazing, knowledgable, and ensured you had a great time. The staff learned all your names, treated you great, and they are bilingual. This tour is a must do if you are in Tulum. Very reasonable and affordable, they offer... More

We set up a private tour before arriving in Cancun, thanks to suggestions on the TripAdvisor forums. This truly was the best day of our vacation, as the slogan suggests. We were picked up promptly from our resort at 7am and escorted to the Edventure offices in Tulum, where we met Eddie and our tour guide Josh. Eddie explained that... More

This is a legitimate family owned & operated tour company. The service was personable and all the staff were great; super friendly and fun. The owner of the company is Eduardo (Edventure Tours) and he was at the shop to greet us. My husband and I took longer at the ruins so the rest of our tour group (6 people)... More

We took TWO tours with Edventure Tours. One zipling, cenote tours. So fun! We had a large group of 14 with small kids ranging from 13 to 5 and everyone felt safe (even the Moms:) The staff was very nice and accommodating for our group. The cenotes are very interesting and a must see! The Edventure tours are private cenotes... More

As soon as you arrive in the Cancun area you will be barraged by ads for tours and attractions. There are an overwhelming number of tour operations and unfortunately in the high season it's very crowded. All the billboards on the highway and flyers at the hotel seem to be hawking the same selection of trips to the same attractions.... More

I booked the extreme tour before we left based on reviews on here. I didn't want to go with a big tour company like they offer at the resorts. Full disclosure: We didn't get to do the full tour because we decided to go to Coco Bongo the night before, and we were so awfully hungover! Note to self: Do... More
