Staff did a great job showing us sea turtles, rays and beautiful fish. We also happened upon a moray eating a fish. My husband and I scuba, and this was just a snorkeling trip since we had a non-diver with us. The reef was very small and not that impressive, but we really enjoyed it. Staff hard working and had... I stayed Sandos Playacar and dove off and on for a week before Christmas. Simona was helpful as usual and Jonathon Gonzalez was awesome in helping my friend and I get our PADI Deep Diver specialty. He made us feel welcome and safe as he went through the materials and skills and took us on our best dive of the... More

We stayed at Sandos Playacar and they have a dive shop on site... I think they probably do at most resorts after walking down the beach... My husband went scuba diving, he took the lesson in the pool in the morning and went out in the afternoon for two 45 min dives in the ocean, his instructor was Adam and... More

We were lucky to meet Fernanda on the beach at the Sandos Playacar when we were there in November. We did the Isla Mujures catamaran trip which was incredible! The day was filled with excitement and tons of new adventures. I would highly recommend this trip. The staff are professional and want to make sure you have a great time.... More

My friend and I walked around town and were very grateful to find Scuba Libre. We liked the staff right away and agreed to do 6 dives with them. We put down and deposit and they were very clear about payment, costs etc. We did a local dive the first day. The ocean was a bit rough but the diving... More

First day we went snorkeling with myself and 14 year old daughter. 10min boat trip from Sandos Playacar took us to gorgeous reef. We saw turtles, eels, and an amazing array of fish. Our guide Aurellio was fantastic! Both of my children (14 year old twins) had never dove before and Adan was patient and friendly - excellent instructor in... More

We are a family of four and both dove and snorkled with Scuba Libre. My older son and I had never scuba'ed before. Their instruction was first class and the dive was amazing. The next day we snorkled in the ocean seeing turtles, barracuda and squid. Then we snorkled in a fresh water cave which was breathtaking. The staff is... More
