I do not know why this dive is considered to be so great. The water at the surface was disgusting with scum all over the top and the water was not as clear as everyone claimed. As a divemaster myslef I did not feel that the dive operation that we went with (aquaworld) was up to par and was suprised... more

Chac Mool (as it is properly spelled) is a very nice dive - IF YOU ARE AN EXPERIENCED DIVER, or a new diver with no fear, and I mean no fear... The dive master and guides were TOP NOTCH and VERY patient; I however was on my second dive (besides OWC). Not for me - I did it, but it... more
