This was part of a package we did with Tulum 1st, and then off to the caves where we also had lunch. This is such a beautiful natural wonder that it is a must see (bring an underwater camera). The only negative is that they get so many visitors during the day, your tour only has 20-30min to get on... More

There is seaweed all a long the coast of Riviera Maya. We wanted a refreshing activity and this is what we got. Took a taxi to get there and simply asked to be driven to Cavernes Chaaktun. In Canada, we use adresses to go where we want, but here, the name of the place is enough to get you there.... More

Great adventure. Abel made it very fun and informative. Got to dive underwater to some different compartments in the caves. Have fun and watch your head!

The evening show was excellent, lots of different restaurants to eat at during the day and lots of different activities going on throughout the day

This was a vast area and we could have spent at least three days there. I was disappointed with the jaguars as they did not tell me they would be out when I visited.. It was very hot so take lots of water. The flying men are exceptional. The butterflies are absolutely beautiful. The stingray are massive and the turtles... More

Took a day trip here with our tour guide Pedro. What a unique experience. The underground river is an amazing place. The water is crystal clear and a refreshing 68 degrees. The formations were so dramatic and beautiful. Snorkeling and seeing the underwater stalagmites was stunning. The abundant fruit bats helped create an edgy atmosphere. This was a mom-trip. We... Small friendly enterprise, enthusiastic and safety-oriented guide. Great for the whole family and an easy trip from Playa del Carmen.

Man, it's funny to come here to Tripadvisor to read the reviews, and see the name of our tour guide Felix all over them. Felix really is the man! Believe the hype! My wife and I showed up on our way from Tulum to Cancun, and dropped in for a quick tour/snorkel of Chaaktun. We **ALMOST** didn't go, and I'm... More

Our tour of Chaak Tun cavernas and cenotes was beyond words! From the time we got there, about 8:30AM, our guide, Felix, so full of knowledge and information about the Mayan culture, led us for almost 3 hours on a tour that moved me to the core. Honestly one of the most Amazing, Peaceful, Calming, EXCITING and UNBELIEVABLE experiences in... More

Advise that website is not clear. It cost around $35 to do this with a guide. Rodrigo was great and knew the caves well. We had a group of 11 from 22 - 70 years old. There's a lot of walking so know before you go.
