We have 6 excursions that combine approach to the Maya culture, exciting activities and contact with nature. Our expeditions are designed for anyone willing to explore the jungle, pristine cenotes and learn about the cultural heritage. We operate in small groups with highly qualified guides. * Coba Maya Encounter: visit the archaeological site of Coba and a Mayan community where we do adventure activities in natural surroundings such as rappelling, zip-lining, canoeing and jungle trekking. * Coba Mayaville: especially for those who want to visit Coba and have a genuine and sustainable approach with Mayan communities to learn about their culture, history and traditions, including the Mayan ceremony. * Tulum Jungle Maya: visit the famous archaeological site of Tulum and enter a natural reserve where we do adventure activities such as snorkeling, rappelling, sip-lining, 4x4 and swimming in cenotes. * Ek-Balam Cenote Maya: explore the best preserved archaeological site of the Maya culture and the largest Yucatan cenote where we can do optional adventure activities. * Jungle Maya: This half-day expedition offers adventure activities in a privileged natural reserve recommended by National Geographic Snorkeler for its incredible cenotes and the access to the longest underground river in the world: the Sacactun System. * nATiVe'S: a unique half day excursion to enjoy the jungle while driving an ATV. The route includes a cave, maya ceremony and a cenote where you can swim in crystal clear fresh water.

This was a great outing with friends. The tour guide, Caesar, was very knowledgeable and friendly, and he made the experience extremely enjoyable. He was able to answer any questions, or find out the answer if he was not sure. When it came time for the zip lining and rappeling part of the excursion, I felt 100% safe with the... More

This tour includes a little bit of everything . Pounding thru the jungle in a giant 4x4 , zip lines into denotes, snorkelling in underwater caves ,repelling down walls into caves. Then on the cultural side a shamin ceremony and a tour of the Tulum ruins and a Mayan lunch. Guide Euri was great fun and well connected everywhere she took... More

This was my second tour with this company, and both times were wonderful. Alltournative does a great job of making the tour experience feel more personalized--instead of a giant tour bus, you ride in a van that seats 12. You also get the impression that they actually care about the culture and environment. I'd done the adventure tour in the... More

The pickup at the hotel was at 7:40 AM and we took off in the van for Coba. The ride was about one and a half hours long to our first stop. When we arrived at the Pac-Chen Mayan village, we got to use washrooms and store our stuff in the locked van, all we took were a swimsuit, shirt... More

This was a fabulous excursion. Snorkeling in cenotes so clear you can see bottom, zip lining, rappelling and a delicious Mayan lunch..mmm. Jhony was our guide-tour leader and was absolutely the best!

This was a fantastic excursion for me and my boyfriend. We really wanted to be immersed in the culture and experience what the Mayan Riviera had to offer, without doing any zip-lining or ATVs. Our guide (aka guia) was fantastic! Alejandro Serra (Alex) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during our tour. The tour included, but was not limited to, going... More

Apologize for not getting his name right but, 'Sivardo' was our tour guide that day. He was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of Mexico's history while at the ruins. The cenotes were amazing. Loved the ziplining and the repel into the cenote. The mayan lunch was good and the ceremony was very cool to see. It's a day filled... More

Did the jungle adventure and tulun ruins. Gustavo, our guide, worked really hard at making sure we had a great day out. They were really good at helping people who were a little unsure and encouraging everyone to have a go. The way the day works out means that it's the midpoint of the day when you're walking around the... More

Had an awesome time on this tour! Our guide Lily Sanchez was beyond great!!! She was very informative and her love for the land is contagious. She was a true pleasure - definitely a memorable experience. My favorite part was the Mayan prayer. It was also really neat to have lunch prepared by the local village people. :) Highly recommend... My husband and I spent two weeks in Riviera Maya end of March and would highly recommend Alltournative's excursion to Ek-Balam and the Cenote Maya. Our guide, Teresita, was absolutely fantastic - very knowledgable, great sense of humor and ensured we all had a great time. Ek-Balam is a beautiful site which you can climb and enjoy spectacular views. We... More
