Great Day... Wish there was more time.

We went on an all day Chichen Itza trip with lunch afterwards, swimming at a cenote and a pit stop in a local town on the way home. We hadn't looked at any reviews and had no idea... read more

After an hour picking up people in different locations we stopped at the agency just to presence the guides fighting among each other and the manager, plus clients complaining about previous tours (right at this moment we should have dropped but we didnt) we stopped and changed cars about 4 more times so it took us hourss to get to... We went on an all day Chichen Itza trip with lunch afterwards, swimming at a cenote and a pit stop in a local town on the way home. We hadn't looked at any reviews and had no idea what we were getting into. We were picked up promptly and transferred to a big bus as we were told. This gave... More

Very unorganized. We transferred cars about four times before we even left to go to the Tulum. Our one tour guide was rude at the beginning, but was fine towards the end of the trip. There were like three separate groups going to other adventures parks like Xel-Ha after Tulum and people got confused about who they were supposed to... More

We booked a last minute tour to Chichen Itza with this company after our original tour plan fell through. Be prepared to spend most of the day on the bus picking up travelers from various locations. Chichen Itza itself was (obviously) amazing, but we lost a lot of the promised time there from standing in line and being shuffled from... More

I bought a package for 4 friends: "Tour Tulum , Cenote, y playa Paraiso" through Rosa Tours which is the third party selling the package and our tour was provided by "easytours.com" also known as Easy Tours. The Van picking us up was 25 min late. We got to another location near where we were picked and waited about 30... More

We booked Easy tour without knowing, through the friend of our renter. We did the Sian Kaan and the Coba/Punta Laguna trips. We were told many things, but what upset me most is the lack of communication throughout the whole trips. The boss at the agency would make me pay the USD in pesos without showing me his conversion, then... More

We arranged the Tulum-Coba-Cenote (including Paradise Beach) English speaking tour. We were picked up in an uncomfortable mini-van and driven 45 min to the EasyTour depot. The driver did not communicate at any point during this time. We were then taken to the Tulum site where our English speaking group there was 1 guide to nearly 40 people. The guide... More

We booked a half day tour to Coba, we asked 5 times if it is really a half day tour. The salesperson, Carlos, who works on a little Salesplace on Quinta avenida, playacar, confirmed it. He also said we get some lunch and a short stop at a cenote. The pick up was quite in time and then we spend... More

Before i review this company i would like to say this is my first ever negative review on tripadvisor. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt if possible. We booked a coba and cenotes tour through one of the street travel agents in Playa. That was our first mistake as he was a liar who promised the... More

Picked up at ITour Mexico, a boutique hotel and tour collection point in Tulum. Our full day tour started 9.20am and dropped up ITour hotel at 6pm the bus then continued onto Playa Del Carmen. We did Cenotes-Coba Mayan ruins tour. Our favourite was swimming in two cenotes with guide Danial, who was knowledgeable and friendly. We also visited cenotes... More
