Before i review this company i would like to say this is my first ever negative review on tripadvisor. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt if possible. We booked a coba and cenotes tour through one of the street travel agents in Playa. That was our first mistake as he was a liar who promised the... More

Picked up at ITour Mexico, a boutique hotel and tour collection point in Tulum. Our full day tour started 9.20am and dropped up ITour hotel at 6pm the bus then continued onto Playa Del Carmen. We did Cenotes-Coba Mayan ruins tour. Our favourite was swimming in two cenotes with guide Danial, who was knowledgeable and friendly. We also visited cenotes... More

This was our second Tulum/Coba tour. The first we did with a guide from our hotel a couple do years ago. This one we booked on 5th Ave directly with EasyTours. The only difference in experiences was the lunch. I definitely feel that the place we ate on the first trip was better. This tour was a bit less expensive.... More

Went on these two tours through them and booked using hotel making Playa del carmen a base. I think in general all the tour drivers drive like indy car racers. we wizzed through to each location. The tours company subcontracts to others when you get to the location and its all a hit and a miss. Chichin if you are... More

First the company.... Without all the details... Bus late even though we were up and waiting at 6:20 in PDC we didnt get to Cancun until 9.25!!!! Turned around, forgot people, disorganisation everywhere! Continental breakfast was a banana and chocolate cake! Lunch was ham and cheese sandwiches but the ceviche was good. In general, bad customer service. The whale shark... More

Seeing the ruins was amazing but everywhere I turned I had to pay more money and hidden fees. I didn't have time to really look at anything before I had to get on the bus. Food was included but you had to pay for something to drink, even water. The bathrooms they directed us to use always cost extra money.... More

The trip was okay, very glad we didn't have to drive, ruins were intriguing, BUT ... we accidentally left a phone on the van, which was our mode of transportation. we got nothing but "it's not here", they were rude and curt to us when we explained we had left the phone on the van. For this reason alone I... More

So this tour was amazing!! I've done quite a few tours but this one has been by far my favorite. Fabio did a great job of juggling five languages - French, German, English, Spanish and Italian! We took the boat ride down the peninsula and it was a magical experience. If you want the off the beaten track bonding adventure... More
