The fish spa is located almost at the end of Quinta Avenida inside Wayan Natural Wear shops. It is fifteen minutes long and it cost 22 dollars per couple. First, someone from the store washes your feet and then you put them gently in the water. The name of the fishes is Garra Rufa, of Turkish origin. These fishes have... More

The Fish Spa is great. For $21.00/15 minutes for two. The fish don't have teeth, they exfoliate your feet, the results are smooth, radiant, relaxed feet. I recommend everyone to try this.

Seen a couple doing it and at first was very hesitant but ended jump wanting to do this. First someone washes your feet and then you put them in the tank. It feels a bit ticklish but feels good at the same time. You sit for 15 minutes, while these critters nibble on your dead skin. Apparently it's really good... More

My husband did this for a hoot. HOWEVER, he LOVED it and can't wait to have it done again. He was incredibly impressed with how this made his feet feel. The young gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable and helped put us at ease about putting our feet in a tank of what looked to be very hungry fish!!!... More

Great experience. Wish I had my own tank and fish at home. Feet definitely felt smoother. My husband was hesitant at first, but totally enjoyed it. Going to have to do the whole body next time.

They charged us 2/$20 so we couldn't pass it up! This is a fun experience. Basically, the fish nibble at the dead skin on your feet. It is "tickly" and very fun!

After reading the reviews here, I decided that I wanted to try this. On our last day in Playa, we went down 5th avenue and found Wayans, went in and were ready. My husband didn't want to do it, so I was ready. I have eczema that appears on my feet and ankles and I had some small patches on... More

Last year we did the foot fish spa, it was wonderful - this year my son said, were doing the full-body spa, That is all he was talking about. So, we entered the pool and had fish eating on us right away, It feels - well it's hard to describe, . My sons shoulders were peeling from a sunburn and... More

We decided to try our feet in the incredible fish spa where 'doctor feet' suck on your feet, eating the dead skin and improving circulation. It was $10 each for 15 min's. Another thing off our bucket list!!

I had a `natural exfoliation`on my list of things to do in Playa del Carmen. After a quick antiseptic wash at the back of the shop, I slipped on some hospital foot covers, walked to the tanks and stuck my feet in. It`s tough to describe the sensation, but it was most pleasant. My legs were actually very soft and... More
