I've always wanted to try this. It is such a cool experience, the staff will clean your feet prior to remove sunscreen, insect repellent any other potentially harmful things as to keep the fish healthy. It is a little strange initially because the fish act ravenous at the edge of the glass, and then once you've dipped your feet in... More

We were a group of 14 women for a bridal shower. Best shower ever!! So much fun. The water in the tanks is crystal clear and I did not have any concerns. In fact the whole cleaning process was explained to us so that we felt comfortable doing this. Great value and a great time. Thank you!! $15 per person... More

First time we had a fish treatment. You see so many of these in Playa del Carmen. But this one we liked the most, because of host Moises. A nice experience and massage for neck and shoulders free of charge from Moises! Thanks again and say hi to all the little fish from us ;-)

My husband and daughter saw this as we were strolling through 5th Avenue and decided to try it. You sit on a shaded bench and immerse both feet in the water for 15 minutes. The tiny fish swarm your feet and nibble all the rough, dry skin away. I warn that it is ticklish at first, but well worth the... More

This was both relaxing (you do it sitting down), you sit on a bench (you can do it with your spouse) , cool (shaded) and tickling (as the little fish hover over your feet). Don't go there thinking these fish will bite you or actually fix your bad feet. I am not sure what these little fish do, but I... More

My partner & I came across the Fish Spa on 5th Avenue & decided to give it a go. They were offering $30 (USD) / 2 people or $20 (USD) / 1 person for a 15 min experience. Moses gave us each a head and foot massage that made you just want to melt in your seat. The service we... More

This is relaxing feet massage. The spa is clean and nearly outside. You can feel the vibe of 5th avenue by sitting in the spa. Though they ask for $15 per person for 25 minutes, you can bargain and set for $10. The best part is they would allow you to use for more than 45 minutes. Initially you will... More

Wayan Fish Spa is very clean - had the 15 minute treatment with the fish - they gave me a little longer. The tanks were spotless. The price was about half of what is advertised at the hotels and on Cozumel. The store also had many items for sale so if everyone in your group does not want their feet... More

I have passed by these now on each trip we have gone to 5th ave. I finally decided to take the plunge and ,it was cool. It does not cost much and the sensation of those little fish nibbling on your feet is a fun experience.
