This church was a real surprise in the middle of the tourist area. Very small, peaceful and serene. It's not ornate at all just a pretty little church with a lovely view. It is a working church, with people praying or attending services throughout the day. So it was disappointing to see some people walk in loudly, take pictures and... More

Although I did not go inside the church, my friends did. They stated that it was very beautiful inside. It is situated around a busy shopping district so it was nice for them to go inside and find some tranquility.

We usually visit this church when we are in Playa del Carmen. During our visits we were initially surprised, but pleased, to find the Blessed Sacrament exposed in a monstrance on the altar. This is a very special little chapel for those of us who are Roman Catholic, and we always look forward to visit.

My wife and I travel to PDC every year and every time we pass this church it is normally having a wedding. Its is a beautiful place to see you can see the beach from the alter. It is a humbling place together away from the chaos . Well recommended.

Very beautiful and small church. From the altar window you can see the sea. Worth visiting if you are in playa, and it is close to the maya portal.

Quaint little church worth visiting. I did not attend their service. It is located at the south end of the pedestrian mall.
