My husband and I took my parents (75 & 80) on the tour to Chichen Itza and Valladolid. Our tour guide was Steven and driver Rueben. Steven was very knowledgeable and informative. I was a bit worried about the comfort of my parents and Steven went above and beyond in ensuring their comfort and enjoyment. As the others have said... More

We would not disagree with the vast majority of reviews and thoroughly enjoyed our tour. Our driver drove safely and responsibly. Our guide was very knowledgeable and keen to impart that to us, particularly at Chichen Itza itself as well as giving a useful briefing in the vehicle ahead of our arrival. The smaller group size does mean you are... More

We took two YucaTrek tours: Chichen Itza + Valladolid, and Coba + Tulum. The first tour was great, the Chichen Itza site being incredible and the cenote where we swan really beautiful. The second tour, however, was awesome. Both sites are amazing, our guide (Mr. Eder) explained in depth how the Mayans and other people lived, and we had to... More

Warning .....check you are dropped by the cab at the right pick up point!! We weren't and when we realised we had to run 12 blocks! We were late and one of the guides was sat on the pavement waiting to see if we turned up! How kind of him. He arranged a cab to drop us further on the... More

We took two YucaTreks tours while in Playa del Carmen. Tulum and Chichen Itza. Both were amazing. Edar and Ceasar were great hosts for the day. We were picked up on time and immediately informed of the plans for the day. Edar is very knowledgeable and a great tour guide! These guys were great! I highly recommend YucaTreks!

We had a full day Chichen Itza tour with Eder and driven by Cesar. It was fantastic. Eder was extremely knowledgeable and great at making sure we all knew what was coming up next in our day. We got to Chichen Itza nice and early, and had sandwiches before, to prepare us for the longish time before we would get... More

My partner and I went on the Chichen Itza tour with Yucatreks on Friday the 22nd of Jan. We shopped around for different tours to Chichen Itza and decided on Yucatreks after reading the positive reviews on trip advisor. Yucatreks are located on 10th ave in Playa Del Carmen and Mitch is extremely helpful & friendly! (You can book online)... More

This all-day tour included pickup at our hotel, a really good local Guide (Eder) and Driver (Pablo), a sandwich mid-morning on the way to Chichen Itza, and a 2½ hour extremely knowledgeable guided tour of the ruins that included viewing 2 cenotes on-site. Following this we were all hot and sweaty and were taken to another cenote inside a cave... More

We met Eder and Ceasar outside the Starbucks in the early morning in the middle of a crazy downpour! Not a problem we were on our way. Eder started off by telling us a bit about was we were going to see and such. We stopped off to pick up some sandwiches and I grabbed some great coffee from a... More
