We used Yukatreks for our trip to Coba. We found their communications were prompt friendly and full of information from the moment we booked right the way through to the day of the trip. They arrived on time. Omar the driver and Mitch our guide both jumped out of the minibus to warmly greet us which made an excellent good... More

I took the Chichen Itza tour while the rest of the family shopped in Play del Carmen. Responses to my email inquiries were quick and very helpful. Pickup was punctual and there were only seven people on the tour, making it a very relaxed and special experience. Eder and Omar were very friendly and Eder gave gave excellent information and... This was our second trip to the Yucatan peninsular and the first thing I did after booking the hotel was contact Yuca Treks. We had used them 2 years ago for the Sea to Cenote and Chichen Itza tours and had such a great time we couldn't wait to book up for more. This time we booked to go to... More

We did the Sea to Cenote Tour, the Coba tour and the Chichen Itza tour all with Yucatreks. I would definitely recommend all three of these tours to anyone considering them. It is worth the extra money Yucatreks charges relative to the budget options because the group size is much smaller and the tour guides we had were very knowledable... More

We did the Tulum and Beyond tour with Yuca Treks this past July. It was a great experience! We were in a small group, only 5 of us total. Our transportation was a nice mini-bus with drinks, snacks (bags of chips and cookies) and strong AC. Our two tour guides were great! They were very knowledgeable and friendly. We saw... More

Our group of 3 took the private Sea to Cenote tour on 08/01/2014. It was wonderful. Jaime was our guide. I cant say enough good things about Jaime. He was very helpful and made the trip a pleasure. Our tour started at 7:45 from our hotel. Jaime picked us up in a clean, air conditioned, late model van. The first... More

We has Steven as our guide to Ek Balam. He was incredible. He arrived on time to pick us up. The van was comfortable and had great AC. We were offered beverages along the way and got sandwiches. Steven was very informative along the way. He provided insight at all important sights along the way, as well as answered questions... More

We chose the YucaTreks Tulum day tour for our party of 5 based on Trip Advisor reviews, and it was a great choice. Our guide, Eder, and driver, Omar, arrived right on schedule with a very comfortable van. There were two other people on the tour and we enjoyed talking with them during the day. No problems. The guide and driver were well mannered, professional and had excellent English abilities. I booked the trip weeks ahead based on a friends recommendation. They told me right away that I was the only one booked so they could not guarantee the trip, a few days later they confirmed. 50% down payment, with cash needed when they picked... More

We had Edor for tour guide. Make sure to read the email they send right before the trip. They demand your money right away and in cash only. They also don't use the correct exchange rate if you try to pay with paseos, because that's what most atms will give you. Not ideal atmosphere for a honeymoon. They also, unlike... More
