I'm surprised everyone, including one of our local friends call this place seedy - dirty, etc. Except for the bathroom (I hesitantly call it that), it's like 80% of every gay bar I've been to outside of a major metropolitan area. And at the end of the day, your experiences are what you make of them. We went on a... More

Interesting place. The staff are super nice. Bartender Josue has a great sense of humor. Met quite a few interesting people. The shows start too late and the bathroom needs a good cleaning. Will definitely return.

This is the only "official" LGBT bar in the tourist area of Playa & it's a sad one at that. With that being sad, I'll have to admit that although this place is dingy & questionable, I managed to have a decent time the few times I stopped in. There was never more than 6 people, other than on the... More

We gave this place 3 chances and all of them were equally horrible. We went on a Wednesday, Friday and Saturday night, all after 11 and all 3 times we were the only ones in the place! It stinks so horribly and it was just a waste! So many other bars on the same street that are so much more... More

We are the Americans that go to playa five times a year. This club is a MUST go to destination. Granted its a late crowd so it starts hopping after midnight. The music is fantastic and the drag shows are nothing short of Broadway quality. The locals are HOT and there are a ton of tourists. There is something for... More

I recently traveled to Playa Del Carmen for our yearly trip. This bar is a place I feel the need to stop at to get my groove on. The bar is located right off fifth avenue down an alley way. I felt very safe approaching the bar. I must say, like most reviews, the bar does not start hopping until... More

I was very skeptical with the reviews, but there is nothing to be afraid with this club. Ok it is not the SPLASH, and I have seen worst bars in major cities in the States, but I was very happy to know there was a gay bar right in the center of Playa del Carmen on 5th Avenue right before... More

This is a bar that gets busy late. Their shows usually start at 1 or 2 AM. The shows I saw were worth seeing. If you like young mexicans then you will most likely want to be there when it is busy. I did not find the drug dealers to be pushy at all. If you sit outside to smoke... More

This place is a dump. The bathrooms smell like sulfur and sometimes the trolls will follow you in to get a glimpse of you peeing. Aside from that the drinks are weak (yeah a gay bar with weak call liquors) and when we went there we were told by the bartender that there would be a stripper up, but he... More

Grungy gay club in Playa. But it served its purpose. The men get completely nude and the drag queen performances are mediocre. Long way for them to go, but I'm happy there was a place for us to go at all.
