Took the ferry to Playa del Carmen, did not expect to have such a great time - band was great!! Drinks and snacks are served and the water is the most amazing blue color. Ferry docks right at Senior Frogs, and the shopping is all close by.

My family and I have traveled to Isla Mujeres more than 8 times using the Ferry. The most recent trip, we left a duty free package mistakenly. We arrived at the port in Isla at 12:30 pm. I returned to the port at 1:30 pm trying to retrieve the goods with no avail. The run around I was given was... More

Nice ride, with a great Latin band playing both legs of the journey, the boats are fast and comfortable, just try and get there a bit before sailing time, and you will get a good seat

It is pretty cool to take this boat ride to Cozumel. It is air conditioned and comfortable and reasonably priced.

It was air conditioned. They did walk around selling beverages, water, sodas, etc. Plenty of seating. We thought it was strange on the way to Playa, the screen was showing what to do in cozumel.

We used Ultramar Ferry from Cozumel to Playa del Carmen. The ferry is very well kept, clean, AC inside, as well as TV for entertainment. Great choice!

Take the ferry across to Cozumel. There is entertainment on the 35 minute ferry ride. Rent some scooters and tour this island. You can travel down the east coast taking you to Punta Sur and travel through the Ecologic Reserve. Then travel back to the city via the west coast. You will not be disappointed!

This company offered it services in a huge nd important event in Cozumel in which they didn't organize the timing. Their schedule sucked nd didn't match with the Sacred Mayan Journey that was held in the island two days ago. Many ppl lost the arrival nd departure of the oars because they bought tickets with them. Please don't offer something... More

We used the ferry twice during our last trip. PDC to Cozumel and return. The ferry is clean and comfortable with AC inside. Boarding the ferry in PDC can be a little bit of a challenge for someone who is tall. The opening was only about 4 1/2 ft tall. This might depend on whether high or low tide. On... More

While staying in Playa del Carmen, decided to check out Cozumel, as we had not been there in years. The ferry runs roughly 7am to 9pm every hour. The sales guys at the kiosk suggest to go one way, then buy one way back - no change in cost vs. round-trip. This was great because if you buy round-trip, you... More
