Took the boat across to Isla. It was a quick, fun & sometimes choppy way to travel to the Isla. For only $19 each, you cannot go wrong with some form of entertainment both ways.

We were happy with the people and the comfortable ride. The cabin was air conditioned. The ride took about 25 minutes and then when we went to return to Cancun at 4pm they let us on even though the gate was already closed (we were running behind)

We enjoy taking this ferry to Isla. It is clean, comfortable, and it has air conditioning inside. The attendants are great packing your luggage away, the topside is fun on a good day, and they have a guy playing a guitar and singing for your entertainment...just tip him...good company....

The ferry ride to cozumel was fast, comfortable and entertaining. I believe we paid between $15-20 US per ticket. Overall i was happy with the service.

It's a 40 minute trip and on a clear day you can see from Cozumel over to playa - but be warned it can be very choppy so pick a good clear day - there are other ferries but we like this one because they have more outdoor seating and usually have live music onboard too - safe trip -... More

It was a quick and easy way to spend a day in Cozumel. It was a nice excursion and the ferry left every hour or so. Best to just get a one way ticket as there is more than one carrier and that way you can return on the next available ferry.

We arrived with a man on a trike carrying our luggage and depositing it behind the security gates (for $50. I went over and got 2 one-way tickets to Cozumel for $163 MXN each. We used UltraMar because it was the ferry line running the soonest from Playa del Carmen to Cozumel and was the last one we could be... More

It only takes about 30 minutes to go across Cozumel to Playacar, Playacar to Cozumel. Findout where the life jackets are because so one will tell you. If you want a window or outdoor seat get there at least 20 minutes before departure. $16 roundtrip.

We have visited Cozumel a half dozen times and will always pick the yellow ultramar!! I know it costs a little more but it is faster and it more accommodating for luggage. I recommend sitting outside on the second deck. The live music always sets a perfect atmosphere!

This boat ride to Cozumel was so much fun. We sat on the top deck in the back and enjoyed the views and the light splash of mist from the waves. They have a live band that plays on the boat as well as selling alcohol, which is always a good thing. Highly recommend this ferry. It was $22 per... More
