Thru friends we went to the Library for the home tours. It was great! the atmosphere at the library is peaceful, the people very friendly. Great for expats and non-expats to go...there's a fee for the tour only...

We spent a very enjoyable morning attending the presentation at the library and later ,the tour.It was interesting to see various homes in different stages of renovations and also some homes which were for sale.This is a great fundraiser for the library.

I go to the Merida English Library. The annual memberships are very reasonable - $400 pesos (about $30 US) for a family - but everyone is welcome, member or not.
