Progress is a great location for so many day trips, to see the ruins, caves, and to get into the city. We didn't kite but the wind was good every day for it. This area of Mexico had everything from ruins to fabulous kite beaches with friendly people. Plenty to see on days when there wasn't enough wind to kite (which was only 1 day).
